Blog Entries (2016-2022)

Old Blogs from the Years 2016 - 2022

These journal entries mean a lot to me and I keep them around for memories! Each journal entry represents a part of my cognitive brain. It has definitely helped writing them down, taking mental notes, and then typing them on my computer. I must admit, I did struggle around the years 2019-2020 creating journal entries because of constantly dealing with stress and high blood pressure.

2022

12/31/2022 - I am currently working on my websites at the same time while typing this. The year 2022 has been quite a year. I feel like this year, I have fully realized who I truly am and what I want to do for the rest of my life as it pertains to my goals. I just got done celebrating the holidays with my family; Halloween this year was a lot of fun as was Thanksgiving and Christmas. As we look forward to the new year, I have a feeling 2023 will be a big year and a year where I start to truly make a name for myself. 2022 itself has been quite an eventful year for me personally because it's the year where I found my websites michaelmitsis.com and mitsisstudios.com. Not only that, but I finally finished my final college semester. I want to say right now that on this day I am done with college. I am expecting to receive my Bachelor's degree of Art diploma several months from now. I believe the ceremony will be held this upcoming May. I am excited to finally get my Bachelor's Degree of Arts and move on with my life. For the holidays, I am playing my favorite video games from the 1980's, 1990's, and 2000's. I am also watching my favorite cartoons, shows, and movies that are from the 1980's, 1990's, and 2000's. Quite frankly, I view those decades as the golden ages as it pertains to the video game industry as well as the entertainment industry in general. I will also be enjoying some pizza, ice cream, water, juice, and hot chocolate with marshmallows. On occasions, I will also enjoy a good cheeseburger now and then. I also have been having soup, salad, fruits, and vegetables for a bunch of months now because it is very important to take care of my health.

11/8/2022 - Something funny happened to me today. It was quite an eventful day. While taking photographs for my digital photography class at Bridgewater State University, I got stuck in Boston. I got stuck in Boston because I forgot to bring an iPhone car charger with me and I was low on gas for my car. I didn't have any money with me. I only had pocket change which was enough for one bagel for me to eat in Boston and that's it. I remember using the phone at Legal Seafoods to call my parents for a ride home. Since my iPhone was out of batteries, the employees at Legal Seafoods were kind enough to let me use one of the employee's iPhone. Even though Boston is a big and busy city, there are still nice people out there. My father and older brother found me waiting for them inside at Legal Seafoods and they brought a portable tank of gas to fill the Toyota I was using while visiting Boston. This experience reminds me of the time I wandered Silver City Galleria mall when I was little and my father and older brother looked everywhere for me. They eventually found me at the security office upset and wanting to go home. My mother was busy working whenever I would visit places with my father and older brother. This experience today at Boston reminded me of something from my past. I e-mailed my digital photography professor and said that I had to miss class because I got stuck in Boston and I didn't get home until the evening. When I got home, I explained to my younger brother and mother what had happened and got them to see things from my perspective. I also got my older brother and father to see things from my perspective. The best things about today though despite my eventful episode is that I got to at least eat a bagel because I was hungry today and also today I got the best photos of Boston and I can't wait to post them on my studio website Mitsis Studios.

10/23/2022 - Right now, I got a lot of sculpture work as well as well as digital photography work that needs to get done. I am putting the finishing touches with materials I found at Joanne's as it pertains to my telescope project that can serve well as a stage prop. The telescope is coming out really well in my opinion even though it has taken several weeks to finish. During the Fall, whenever I visit Bridgewater State University in the morning. I have stopped by a place near Bridgwater State University called Marylou's to get some coffee. Sometimes I will get ice cream or a breakfast sandwich they have there. The cafeteria at Bridgewater State University tends to be crowded so that's why I have been going to Marylou's a lot lately this semester. I have also gone to Marylou's for the past few Bridgewater State University semesters. When I'm  not working on college projects I like to blow off steam having fun and playing video games. I have had lots of fun playing emulated video for several years now. I got to experience many games I missed out on as a kid like Banjo-Kazooie thanks to emulation. I have lots of nostalgia for the classic Pokemon. I have such a great emotional attachment to them. I tried a modded Game Boy Advance Pokemon game called Pokemon WaterBlue. I had lots of fun playing Pokemon FireRed and Pokemon LeafGreen with my two brothers growing up. At the same time, I always wanted a Pokemon WaterBlue version. We never got an official one from Game Freak though which is a bummer. I tried a fan-made modded Pokemon WaterBlue and the experience was cool and unique. The Generation 3 remakes of the original Indigo League games were great and were more refined versions. That said, in the remakes, the TM move you get from Misty when you beat her gym is the move Water Pulse. I prefer the TM move Bubblebeam which was in the original Pokemon games. I love the sound effect of the move Bubblebeam and it's still fresh in my mind to this day. My memory recalls modding some games into the Nintendo Classic and Super Nintendo Classic around the time I bought them when they released. I still have fun memories of that to this day.

9/18/2022 - I called up the Sports Hub the other day and I remember asking the host Michael Felger about how he felt about the Brett Favre welfare scandal. He went on and on about how he couldn't stand Brett Favre and how the welfare scandal didn't surprise him at all. I must admit, I grew up as a Brett Favre fan, but the welfare scandal changed the way how many people view Brett Favre. It's always interesting talking about sports now and then. The weekends is always a good time to watch sports and I remember when I worked at Big Lots during the summer of 2014 I would listen to sports radio and it helped getting through work easier. I listened to the Milwaukee radio shows a lot during the year 2014 and they would talk about the Packers, Bucks, and Brewers. I sometimes would also listen to Sports Hub. On occasions, I would listen to other Sports shows besides those two like Ferrell on the Bench and Mike Francesa's radio show. Sports has always been fun to watch during the weekends especially. Sometimes during the Fall, for the past couple of years, we would get yummy meals at Trucchi's supermarket. Sometimes I enjoy eating chicken while watching a major sports event or eating baked fish with steamed broccoli and carrots while watching a sports event. Sometimes, I while eat my meals while researching. As it pertains to drinks, I like to drink plenty of water especially now more than ever in order to stay healthy. I was thinking about what it would be like to do my own podcast. I think it would be entertaining as heck and I am confident I would be one of the most entertaining guys to ever listen!

9/3/2022 - The other day I saw someone familiar at Classic Pizza, it was Mr. Greg. The last time I saw him he was working at the middle school I used to go to, John F. Parker middle school. I talked with him about how I have been always interested in acting. We had a good talk about what my middle school was like years ago. He has always had a good sense of humor and friendly personality. He asked me if I ever make a movie with school being the theme, could I get an actor to play a character based on him and reference him. I said sure and we had a good laugh about it. I certainly hope I can make a good enough budget so I can make a show or movie. However, given how corrupt the entertainment industry currently is, especially Hollywood, I doubt I will be able to produce a blockbuster film. I am hoping to at least make enough money to at least make a YouTube skit that can reference Mr. Greg and other people I knew from middle school like Mr. DaSilva. I have been watching and doing an analysis of small content creator skits for months now and I think a lot of small content creators on platforms like YouTube put more passion into their work than big Hollywood producers. I dream of one day directing my own movies like Tom Cruise. I need to have that mentality in order to make my dreams come true. Anyways, I not only know my entertainment, but I also know lots of history. On this day back in 1976, NASA had Viking 2 land on Mars. Back during that era, there's was hope that NASA would make lots of progress as it pertains to exploring space and discovering interesting specimen on other planets. Well... the rest is history. Going back to the topic of Hollywood, if I were in charge, I would improve the culture immensely. I would get rid of all the degenerate creeps and keep the actors the are decent people. I am certain there are some of them out there that exist. Yeah, it is what it is.

8/1/2022 - I am spending the summer walking a lot and staying healthy. My parents work hard and I want to work hard just like them. Achieving my goals and dreams is a step by step process. My father always tells me to take things one day at a time. He told me again that "Tomorrow is another day." It's one of my favorite things he ever told me along with "Everything is about money." I have talked with my parents and two brothers a lot about society and the economy recently. I also talked with them about how the entertainment industry is doing. We don't go places a lot nowadays like we used to years ago. I remember years ago me and my family would go everywhere but nowadays it's hard to afford things like a good vacation especially with how the economy is doing. I talked with a good friend of mine named Ricky the other day and we had a good talk about the downward spiral our society heading right now. He has a friendly personality and is someone who always keeps things real and in perspective. I have spoken to him several times per month for several months now. Sometimes when he comes at Classic Pizza, he orders a breakfast pizza. I, myself try breakfast pizza sometimes too with a coffee and croissant. I have been doing that for a few months now and will continue to do that for the future. My father makes great pizza and also great coffee. For a several months now, I thought a lot about the fun times I would always have with my brothers. One time, me and my younger brother pretended the house was a cruise ship and we role-played as fictional characters from our favorite fictional franchises. Another memory I have is going to festival parties with my family and also visiting churches that reminded me of the Temple of Time from the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I also remember we had Super Bowl parties sometimes at the pizza place, and also sometimes at home. My younger brother when he was little had fun playing with another young boy who is the son of friends of our parents. Sometimes when it was Super Bowl week, my older brother would do pizza deliveries and I was there to support him. My mother and father have spent many years as chefs and whenever the pizza place would get pizza, they needed help from lots of workers including me and my brothers.

8/1/2022 - I have fond memories of the summer of 2005. Me and my family went to Hyannis in Cape Cod and stayed at a hotel there. I liked how the hotel suite we got had a Nintendo GameCube in the room because it was a popular console at the time. That summer, we visited Nantucket and it was one of my favorite vacations ever. That year it was refreshing for me to go on a vacation especially after a frustrating 5th grade where I was a socially awkward kid and had a hard time fitting in school. At Nantucket, we saw horses there and ate ice cream there. Whenever I am feeling down, I have thought a lot about that trip to Nantucket. I also enjoyed visiting Six Flags several summers in the 2000's. I remember going on a Norwegian Cruise with relatives during the summer of 2012. I remember going to Canobie Lake park during an 8th grade field trip while attending Taunton Catholic Middle School. Anyways, today is Tuesday and I am hanging out in the backyard with my relatives. Sometimes during the summer, we hang out at the pool. Sometimes we watch television together and have a simple family dinner in the summer like barbeque. We have on lots of family vacation trips that I fondly remember like going to Rhodes in 2002, going to Athens in 2008, and going to the Andres Island in 2014 which is in Greece. When I think of things that are sentimental, I think of my family a lot. I have got some serious work to do months from now. I need to do my tasks one at a time. I must be patient and persevere. My father tells me a lot that tomorrow is another day. I agree, and deep down, I know I must be patient, but at the same time, I must also be opportunistic.

7/17/2022 - Today is a Monday, it's July 17, 2022. It's the middle of the summer it's always been hot just like I remember from previous years. I have been fantasizing about creating characters that share a similar personality to me, Michael Mici. I thought of a funny plot where a fictional character called Michael Michos, is someone who is based on myself by the way and has family and relatives that are based on my own family and relatives. I thought of a scenario, where my character, Michael Michos, despite being shy and socially awkward, is usually friendly towards everyone. Then he meets a grumpy journalist who has Squidward syndrome called Mr. Harold Gruber that works for the Boston Herald and always looks for juicy stories despite not being very successful with them. The way he talks is similar to W.C. Fields and has funny interactions with Michael Michos. Michael Michos tries to be reasonable with him but he is usually grumpy. I envision making a movie of that one day if I have the right amount of money and gather the right amount of actors. If I can't find actors I trust, then perhaps I can just make a YouTube skit where I play both characters by myself. Anyways, it's a hot day out and I decided to toss around the football for old times' sake. I used to do that a lot throughout the 2000's I remember I used to play for the Taunton Tigers during my sophomore year at Taunton High School. I played the position of a defensive lineman. I also played football when I was a freshman at Coyle Cassidy high school, I also played defensive lineman for my freshman year. I wanted to play to play quarterback because it's my favorite football position and I am confident in the way I can throw a spiral, but the coaches didn't see things from my perspective so they put me as a defensive lineman. Yeah, today I revisited old school memories on my journal post. Anyways, today is a hot day, this reminds me of the mid 2010's when the summer was really hot. I had some water and my mother made me salad and soup. She has made me salad and soup for several months now. It's very important that I stay healthy and have a healthy mindset.

6/1/2022 - Today is Wednesday and I took a few weeks off after working at Classic Pizza several times per month for a couple of years. I worked at Classic Pizza a lot around the years 2016-2018. 2019-2020, not so much because I was struggling with my health and staying healthy. However the past few years, I worked at Classic Pizza again and I am constantly doing what I can to support my parents' business. Also, what I have been doing a lot for the past several years is remembering my past from the 1990's and 2000's. I today wanted to take the time and revisit good old memory lane. Back around the early 2000's the iPod used to be a thing. I remember when me and the family visited Philadelphia one time to attend a wedding I had an iPod with me. We took the train to Philadelphia and I would listen to cool music playing on the iPod. We stayed at a suite at a hotel in Philadelphia while attending a wedding. That was back in 2003. Me and Billy would talk about our favorite shows and favorite characters while having fun relaxing at the hotel. When me and my family got back home after the wedding was over, we were relieved to finally be home because nothing compares to home. Home sweet home. I don't have any iPods with me anymore, for iPods are now a relic of the past. Another fun memory from my childhood was during the summer of 2006 we visited an old friend's pool party during the 4th of July. I remember at that age I was into zany cartoons and I would roleplay as fictional characters whenever I attended fancy parties like pool parties or dinner parties like Venus de Milo's.

5/12/2022 - Today we visited Foxwoods for old time sake. I was there with my mother, my younger brother, and some relatives. I remember we would visit Foxwoods a lot sometimes during the winter and sometimes during the spring. We visit Foxwoods for several years throughout the early 2010's. One visit I always remember is when me and the family visited Foxwoods during January 8, 2011 and January 8, 2012. Sometimes, days after New Years, we visit Foxwoods as a family. Those were always fun times that shall never be forgotten. We also visited Foxwoods during the Spring of 2019. We didn't get to visit it 2020 or any place for that matter because of the pandemic that went on during that year. I remember me and my younger brother Arthur would always have fun at the Treehouse arcade. Those eventful early 2010's years were the most fun ever. I would hang out with my younger brother and we would play games in the arcade and sometimes have those dotted ice creams. Those dotted ice creams are yummy and unique, but at the same time, they are quite expensive. I remember around the Spring of 2019 I got a high score playing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game at a place called the Topgolf Swing Suite. Whenever I get a high score, I usually enter "MIC" which are the first three letters of my first name. I am a competitor and I like to always win. Sometimes I would play table ice hockey with my younger brother. Sometimes I would win, and also sometimes I would go easy on him and let him win.

4/8/2022 - It's my younger brother Arthur's sweet 16 birthday. I remember when it was my 16th birthday. I was a teenager at high school at the time. It was when I was 16 years old that I realized what my calling will be for the rest of my life and that is doing studio work. I envision that I can help make the entertainment industry a better place as well as the video game industry. Arthur has an Aries personality, I have an Aquarius personality, and my older brother Billy has a Virgo personality. My father Arthur who my younger brother was named after has a Sagittarius personality and my mother has a Virgo personality just like my older brother. My younger brother likes playing video games like me and my older brother do. He tends to be more open to newer games because he grew up as a Generation Z kid, while me and my older brother grew up as generation Y kids and we tend to like games that were produced during that generation. My younger brother enjoys listening to music and has been taking music classes for a few months. Perhaps music is his calling, or perhaps a career in the video game industry is his calling. I think he can combine both video games and music and produce great video game music soundtracks.

4/5/2022 - It's the middle of Spring and I only have a few semesters left at my college before I finally graduate and move on with my life. Wednesday is always a good day for me to focus on my daily tasks. The middle days of the week are usually the days where I am the most busy researching and doing computer related work. I have been spending time with my brothers, my nephew, my brother's new wife, my parents, and our dog Lordi. We have been having fun going different places for the Spring such as the Stoneforge restaurant. I remember back in the later part of the 2000's and early 2010's we used to eat at places like Chardonnay's, Gregg's restaurant, and Longhorn's. I also remember we ate at the Capital Grill one time for my 18th birthday, it was me with my father and two brothers. It was one of my favorite birthdays ever. Even though my mother was busy working those years and taking good care of her relatives. We got to sometimes share our food we brought home with her. throughout the later part of the 2000's and early 2010's, when my father was busy working at Classic Pizza instead of my mother, we would go places with my mother like the mall and stores like Marshall's and Market Basket. I remember a few times when I was a kid mother shopped at Shaw's with me and my older brother. She bought unique items like these porcelain bowls with these pieces of porcelain fruits by the side. There were two fruits, one on one side, and one on the other side of the bowl. I would eat cereal a lot with those bowls.

3/22/2022 - Today is the birth of my older brother's son and my nephew. He has the same name as my younger brother and my father. I remember all of our birthdays. My birthday is February 16, 1994, my younger brother's birthday is April 8, 2006, my older brother's birthday is September 11, 1988, my nephew's birthday is March 22, 2022, my father's birthday is December 3, 1959, and my mother's birthday is September 13, 1967. I was there when my younger brother was born April 8, 2006. I played a lot of Nintendo 64 games and watched my favorite cartoons as a 12 years old kid that year. When my younger brother was born, and was one of the most exciting and happiest days of my life because I made a new friend and that year I learned how to be a responsible older brother. Today, it's time for me to become a responsible uncle. Not only will I always be there for my relatives, but also, I have the opportunity to create journal entries, photos, and videos of our family and relatives in order to immortalize everyone I care about for all eternity.

2/16/2022 - Today is my birthday and I am turning 28 years old. I am in the process of finishing my time at Bridgewater State University. I only have a few semesters left and I truly want to put in the work now more than ever. Meanwhile, this time I want let myself get stressed up easily like I have done in the past, sometimes I will do fun stuff to help blow off some steam. I'm going to balance it out, there will be time for work, and time for fun. As I reflect on the past, present, and future, I am going to relax right now. Right now, I am going to have some pizza and ice cream cake. I am also replaying my favorite Nintendo games, it's a tradition I do a lot every February. Also for February, I usually like to sometimes eat pizza, but for the couple of past years I have been laying off the junk food because I consumed so much junk food around the later parts of the 2010's years. I need to be active again like I was during the 1990's and 2000's. Today I remembered watching a lot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with my younger brother like it was yesterday. We watched a lot of TMNT as well as SpongeBob. I remember checking out shows that were more niche such as AAAHH!!! Real Monsters, Mighty Max, and Steet Sharks back in the early 2010's when I was in high school. I remember one time I we helped our mother with the groceries and kept looking for junk food because watching fictional characters like SpongeBob, Michelangelo, and Garfield consume a lot of junk food made me interested in junk food for many years.

2021

12/25/2021 - Today is Thursday and I visited Classic Pizza this year a lot to support my parents at work. It's something I didn't do as much during the years 2019-2020 because I was constantly multi-tasking and dealing with high blood pressure as well as stress. I didn't do a lot of journal entries this year because I have been busy taking care of my health. I was hospitalized multiple time, it happened one time during the summer of 2019 and again at the tail end of the 2020 year the day before New Year's. I spent many days this year watching videos on YouTube as it pertains to rehabilitation and improving your cognitive brain and behavior. I must say that the experience has been refreshing. There have been interesting movies released this year like Luca. Pixar's CGI movies are the kind of CGI I tolerate most even though I prefer hand drawn animation like cel animation. In my opinion, Pixar's best years were in the late 1990's and most of the 2000's. Toy Story 3 has one of the most powerful scenes in history, that being the incinerator scene where they escape the fire by the miracle of the toy aliens picking them up with the claw. I remember that scene to this day. Pixar can still make good movies from time to time though like Inside Out, which as a movie about Psychology and Coco which was a movie about the afterlife. I have spent many days trying to improve my health as well as improve my teeth because I need to brush off all the sugary addiction to candy. Several times this year, just like in the late 2010's, I have visited the cardiologist a lot in order to improve my health. I have also visited the dentist a few times this year like I have in the 2010's. I am going to spend the next several months supporting my parents' business and work at Classic Pizza because I didn't do that a lot in 2019-2020 because of severe health issues and trouble finding motivation in life because there have been many days where I have been wondering if getting my Bachelor's degree will be worth it in the end and get the job I want. What if it's all for nothing because I am just another cog in the machine as it pertains to the direction these industries are going because of corruption? I don't want to think about that right now. Right now, I want to think positive thoughts. I need to get my Bachelor's Degree no matter how hard it is and how much time it takes.

12/1/2021 - I haven't been on YouTube for a while, but I found YouTube removed the dislike button from being shown in public. It happened during the month of November 2021, many small content creators were rightfully outraged by the decision. I myself, I personally find it revolting as well because YouTube is just protecting their small group of privileged YouTubers from having their fragile feelings hurt, the ones that share a connection to these big corporations. Oh wow, corporations not having the peoples' best interest at heart. How cliche! Since the time Google bought YouTube, I knew it was the beginning of the end for the platform. Remember when YouTube used to be for the people by the people? That era is long gone now. The "Broadcast Yourself" era of YouTube is a thing of the past now. I watched YouTube for years, I remember when wholesome videos like Keyboard Cat were popular back then. I remember watching videos that were popular at the time like Super Smash Bros. Melee gameplay videos. Many content creators have rightfully jumped ship, they have left YouTube and moved on to other platforms like Odysee. I remember uploading some animation videos months ago for my YouTube channel Super Michael 64. I was thinking about renaming it Mici Studios or Mitsis Studios I think I will do that months from now. Given the way the platform is now and the way the algorithm is now, I doubt my videos will get noticed. Many small content creators like me have a hard time finding incentives and motivation to create videos because of how rigged YouTube is now. Who knows how much YouTube will continue going towards this downward spiral, that's why I created an Odysee account. I also have taken a couple of Covid vaccinations from Moderna this season because the pandemic scared the heck out of me. Also, I have been having a lot of strange dream for several months, I dreamed I was like James Bond, then, all of a sudden, I was like Tom Cruise, then I was like John Stamos, and then I was like Zach Galifianakis. Anyways I have been trying to relax by listening to anime music like Dragon Ball Z, Yu-Gi-Oh, and G Gundam. I always remember the scenes with Domon and Rain a lot when it came to G Gundam. I watched that anime a lot back in the early 2000's and I remember playing the Gundam Battle Assault 2 game for the PlayStation which I plan on holding onto forever.

10/16/2021 - It has been 15 years since Cartoon Orbit closed. It first launched September 27, 2000 and closed down for good on October 16, 2021. I remember using a 2000 Gateway computer when Cartoon Orbit first opened. That was back during the dial-up internet era, or rather the tail end of it. My username was BlueSaiyanWarrior555 I remember collecting cToons, gToons, and cRings. I remember showing off my cZone and visiting other users cZones. I remember how ridiculous it was to get popular Dragon Ball Z cToons, the prices of them when they were being auctioned a lot of times were outrageous. I remember playing the gToons game and seeing how fun it was when I was a kid, it had different characters with different powers and different colors. Several years after Cartoon Orbit closed down, I remember a website called CollecToons that appeared on the internet. I used the same username BlueSaiyanWarrior555 for CollecToons as I had for Cartoon Orbit. I also had a second CollecToons account called toondudecollector. Even the CollecToons had a higher quantity of cToons to get from many different franchises, I honestly felt the Cartoon Orbit cToons were much better in quality. I also felt Cartoon Orbit had better cZone backgrounds and a better website design overall. CollecToons also closed down and isn't around anymore just like Cartoon Orbit. The website I truly miss the most is Cartoon Orbit. It's been 15 years since it has closed down and right now it is nothing but a memory that only my generation which is Generation Y will remember. I remember being fascinated by all the cool Dragon Ball Z cToons like Goku flying on a nimbus.

8/31/2021 - Summer is almost over and I am going back to Bridgewater State University for the first time in a while. The last time I was there was the Spring 2020 semester. I haven't been there many months because of constantly dealing with stress and high blood pressure. Anyways, me and the family had fun going to the pool this summer and eating grilled meals like chicken, pork, and steak. Sometimes we would have burgers. On occasions, when one of my parents aren't busy working, we like to have fun. We have been doing that for the past several years, going to places like Ryan Family Amusements is always fun. We go there for bowling and also trying out the arcade machines. I remember when the old bowling place at Route 44 used to be open, but now that place closed down. So many places I know have closed down over the years like Benny's, Benjamin's, Ann's Place which is where my father used to work there as a bus boy, and other places like the Simon Says breakfast place we used to go to. I remember we used to go to Henry's Root Beer Stand years ago back in the 1990's and early 2000's when we went to the beach. That place is now closed too. A lot over small owned family business stores have been getting replaced by corporate chains and it is depressing to see. Anyways, now is not the time to get stressed about things like that. We are relaxing home right now and we have been doing home revenues over the years. Back in 2014, we added a new garage and bedroom. Recently, or months ago I should say, we changed the upstairs living room. We installed a new refrigerator, a new counter table island, and new couches. The other day, my younger brother enjoyed watching the SpongeBob SquarePants movie on one of the new couches. I saw it too for old times' sake. This year, I have also enjoyed playing a lot of Pokemon TCG on the iPad as well as Yu-Gi-Oh Generations.

7/21/2021 - Last night I watched one of the greatest sports events ever. The Milwaukee Bucks won the NBA finals and defeated the Phoenix Suns. They won the series 4-2 after being down 0-2. It's my favorite basketball championship series I ever watched to be honest besides seeing the Mavericks beating the Heat in 2011 and the Celtics beating the Lakers in 2008. Other sports events I have fond memories of are the Green Bay Packers winning Super Bowl XLV back in February 6, 2011 and the Boston Bruins winning the Stanley Cup back in June 15, 2011. I plan on calling up the Sport Hub radio station this week and talking about the Bucks winning the 2021 championship. I had some pizza while watching it. It was pepperoni pizza. I usually have pepperoni pizza a lot when watching major sports events. Sometimes it can be cheese pizza too.

7/4/2021 - My favorite thing about the 4th of July is not only the history but also the food. Not only that, but it's also sentimental and family oriented. I'm having some good ol' cheeseburgers for the 4th of July! I think I might have it with some ginger ale... yeah, that would do nicely. For this holiday in particular, I usually just watch television, and when the fireworks come, I usually would watch the fireworks outside and see how they decorate the sky. I remember throughout the 2000's and early 2010's me and my family would go to Cape Cod to watch the fireworks at East Bay grill or take a tour of Cape Cod during the summer and do things like go whale watching. One of my favorite summer memories is the summer of 2013, me and my family went to eat at Lucia's Italian restaurant. After eating pizza and drinking refreshing drinks like lemonade, me and my family went souvenir shopping. There's a beautiful turtle I found when we were at a souvenir shop in Newport, Rhode Island during the summer of June 2013. We also visited the Atlantic Beach cafe during the mid 2010's summers. They had beautiful tables, and they would play sports on a flat screen television.

2/16/2021 - Today is my birthday and I am turning 27 years old. A lot has happened to me for the past few years. I definitely had my ups and downs. All in all, whatever has happened to me in the past that has affected me negatively, I must not let it get to me. I am going to think positive and stay positive as well as maintaining that mindset for the rest of my life. Covid hit the world over a year ago and also I have struggled to stay healthy and in great shape. This time, things are going to change. I am going to do stretches and push-ups and try my best to stay in shape for several months to come. I have been having dreams about starring in my own movies for a few months. I need to stay healthy in order to accomplish these dreams. Sometimes I have dreams where I am a cartoon character which is weird but funny. I saw on the news today that Athens and other parts of Greece got covered in an unusual snowfall. I hope for the best as it pertains to this great nation and its kind people. I haven't been to Greece since the summer of 2014. I want to one day go there for vacation again. Right now, I am trying to get my life in order. I must persevere! Quite frankly, it's been tough, but it is what it is.

1/7/2021 - I have spent the week trying to improve my health and helping my father at the pizza place. I get excited whenever it is pay day. I made a lot of boxes for and even worked the grill. For at least several days now, I am starting to work at Classic Pizza again. I struggled to the years 2019-2020 because of multi-tasking and high blood pressure. We go places a lot and enjoy each other's company. I have been helping others with their own addictions as well as trying to solve my own addictions. Me and my brothers sometimes get addicted to the computers like most of society nowadays. I have been helping my mother to not getting addicted playing the slot machines. I even got suckered in a few times but we have to one day decide enough is enough. Anyways I am working at Classic Pizza this week and I am watching sports with my father. For this journal entry, I am posting an image of how the pizza place I worked at looked back in 2014. The photo I took was back on October 27, 2014 to be exact. I remember 2014 like it was yesterday, there were lots of interesting sports games to watch that year. I remember watching the Green Bay Packers blow out Chicago that year 55-14. One of my favorite football memories ever! Aaron Rodgers that game was phenomenal and threw multiple touchdowns that game. I remember in 2014 I played a lot of emulated games. I did that throughout most of the 2010's because I didn't care about most modern games at that time and still don't. Oh yeah, as it pertains to Classic Pizza, we digital menus now, but as an old fashion type of guy I prefer how the old menus looked. Quite frankly, I do. It is what it is.

1/4/2021 - I need to fix my health as soon as possible. It's an emergency! Around the years 2018-2020 were incredibly dark for me as was 2009-2010. I would say the 2019-2020 years were the darkest in my life. The 2009-2010 years were me feeling angry at the world for whatever reason and feeling unreasonably rebellious all the time, and around the summer of 2010 is where I tore my ACL playing soccer while vacationing in Greece. The 2018-2020 years were me feeling several depressed and hopeless while developing a severe addiction to junk food as well as a severe addiction to electronics. Visiting West Dennis, Cape Cod in the summer of 2018 and again in the summer of 2019 and doing recreational activities both years did help me regain some positivity, but most of the time, I felt severly unhealthy and hopeless. The 2019-2020 years were especially dark, it was really during the later parts of the 2018 year where I started to feel unhealthy. Around 2019-2020, I kept eating and eating junk food, didn't take care of myself as well as I should have, and was hospitalized multiple times because of my high blood pressure. I realize now more than ever I need to fix my health. As it pertains to the topic of soccer, I remember having this soccer coin bank where I would put all my coins in. One of my favorite soccer memories is watching Greece win the 2004 Eurocup. A true underdog story that I was fascinated by. That was one of Greece's best years besides winning the Eurovision in 2005. Also as it relates to soccer, I have fond memories of playing FIFA 2001 and FIFA 2002 for the PlayStation 2 with my father and older brother. We also played the Eurocup 2004 game for the original XBox. I tried getting my younger brother to get into sports games, but he usually just prefers playing games like Minecraft, Fortnite, and Garry's Mod. I guess it's a Generation Z thing. Quite frankly, my go to games will always be anything from the Nintendo 64 era, or besides that, the PS1, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, PS2, or GameCube eras. It is what it is.

1/1/2021 - It's a new year and soon it will back to the same old routine for me which is working on my art projects. I remember on this day, ten years ago, I attended a football game with my older brother Billy. It was the Patriots and Bills game that took place the final week of the 2011 NFL season. I was attending high school that year and we had witnessed a Patriots comeback. They were down against the Bills 21-0 and then they came back and won the game 49-21. It was quite a comeback. Me and my brother went on to eat at a Patriot Place restaurant. The way the Patriots came back that game speaks volumes to the resiliency and leadership of Tom Brady. Attending Gillette Stadium was quite an atmosphere and the fans were very loud and passionate. I want to one day attend a game at Lambeau Field and watch the Green Bay Packers play, however they are in Wisconsin and I live in Massachusetts. Tickets are very expensive nowadays so for now I think I will support my Green Bay Packers from home. I think many fans have a favorite team besides the local team they support in whatever state they reside in. I like the Packers, my older brother likes the Cowboys, and my younger brother likes the Ravens. It's always fun whenever I watch a sports game with my relatives.

2020

12/25/2020 - I watched some Pokemon Christmas specials today. I showed them to my younger brother. It's always cute seeing how the Pokemon try to get along. Any scene with Squirtle is a must watch for me. My mother is making homemade cookies again for the holidays this year and they are yummy and really healthy. Sometimes, she puts chocolate in them. I decided to have some red wine with my father like I have been doing for the holidays a lot. I remember years ago I watched the movie Elf on television with my family. The movie was on demand and it had some funny scenes but also some cringe scenes. Movies with Jim Carrey tend to be funnier in my opinion than movies with Will Ferrell. One of my favorite Christmas specials will always be How the Grinch Stole Christmas no matter what especially because I find the Grinch a relatable character. Besides that special, I also loved Olive the Other Reindeer. I remember when it first premiered on television back in 1999 I watched it on a CRT TV when I was little. That was back when me and the family were living in an apartment home. Now we live in a raised ranch home since we moved back in the summer of 2002. As my memory recalls, I remember spending that summer playing Pokemon Crystal on a kiwi green Game Boy Color. It will always be one of my favorite gaming memories besides playing the Nintendo 64, PlayStation, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, and Playstation 2 for the first time.

12/20/2020 - One of the things I have been doing for the past few years that hasn't benefited me is over-tasking. I have been trying to do too many different things at once. Honestly, what I should do is take it one task at a time. Anyways I have been stressed a lot this year lately, especially with the pandemic happened all over the earth. It's time to relax and enjoy the upcoming holidays. Merry Christmas! I remember as a kid when I used to believe Santa Claus was real. I even left cookies and milk for him one time when I was a kid. When I realized he wasn't going to show up, I decided to have the cookies and milk myself. Christmas will be in a few days and I always get sentimental thinking about this holiday. I have spent several months watching the Pokemon anime with my younger brother Arthur. We watched the first five seasons and had a good time watching the anime. Also on this day, back in 1946, a certain holiday classic premiered titled "It's a Wonderful Life!" I want to rewatch that holiday classic again and share my wonderful experience with relatives. As my memory recalls, I remember watching it back in 2015 during the holidays. The film is inspiring and relates to existential type of stuff as well as finding your purpose in life. Also, what I love about the film is that it promotes traditional family values as well as the concept of having a community you feel a belonging to in town and sticking up for that community while fighting against greedy bankers. Yeah, like I said, the film is an iconic classic for good reason.

11/29/2020 - Thanksgiving dinner the other day was great. Thanksgiving is my most favorite holiday besides Christmas, and of course, my birthday! I always look forward to eating the stuffing the most, for that's my most favorite part out of all the Thanksgiving treats! After that, I also like turkey with gravy along with mashed potatoes. I don't mind having a little cranberry sauce as long as it's not too much. This year though, I won't be able to eat too much since I have been struggling with my health throughout 2019 and 2020. I don't show up at Classic Pizza anymore like I used to around 2016-2018. During those years, even though I didn't work every single day because of college work as well as freelancing work and finding myself multi-tasking at times, I at least showed up several days per month to help out with pizza box folding, cleaning the tables, working the grill, and sweeping the floor. For the next upcoming year, I want to support my parents' business again starting 2021. Not only did I struggle with my health during 2019-2020, but also I need to truly clean my teeth that's why I have been visiting the dentist a lot lately. I saw the Dentitox Pro being advertised on the internet and I am thinking about ordering some for my teeth. I need to make my teeth pearly white again like they were when I was a kid. Something also recently has been popping up in my mind this week, it's April O'Neil from the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. She was one of my first crushes as a kid and I remember ejaculating gallons of cum masturbating to her. I had visions where she'd cover my face with her kisses. It was... something interesting. She's the type of feminine woman that's like that, you know. I remember watching the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on a CRT TV in the 1990's and 2000's, and then again in the early 2010's with my DVD's of the show. I also watched them computer. There are websites out there that let you watch what you want. It's better that way expecially considering the current state of animation nowdays.

8/1/2020 - I have been watching a little more anime lately. Growing up, I used to always watch cartoons in the 1990's and 2000's. However, for the past several years, I must say that most cartoons that air in America today are absolutely atrocious. I would call them garbage, but honestly I think calling them that is an insult to garbage. I think Sturgeon's Law definitely applies to the modern animation industry as well as many other industries today. I have resorted to watching anime and honestly I think modern anime is overrated. If you ask me, the golden age of anime was the 1980's, 1990's, and 2000's as it was also the golden age of western animation and animation in general. There's something about cel animation that feels so natural and pleasing to the human eye. Its aesthetics look so natural and feel so natural especially compared to modern animation today. Most of the time, its CGI and I am so tired of seeing it all the time. The older generations of viewers had it so good! We had it so good! Anyways, I want to try some pizza this week at Classic Pizza. The other day, I had cheese and pepperoni for old time's sake, I tried pizza with bacon plenty of times, and I tried pizza with linguica plenty of times. I even had Hawaiian pizza several times in the past. I remember experimenting with pizza toppings and adding weird toppings like ketchup, mustard, peanut butter, marshmallow, hot fudge, jelly beans, gummy sharks, or ice cream. I guess you can say I'm a weird guy, I remember trying toasted sandwiches for breakfast with feta cheese, sweet pickle, and ketchup plenty of times in the past. Michelangelo from the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon had quite an influence on me growing up. He's one of my favorite versions of any ninja turtle from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. To this day, the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon remains my favorite version of any ninja turtle cartoon even though it has its glaring flaws, objectively speaking. The early seasons have been fun to revisit where Michelangelo is actually allowed to use his nunchucks on occasions. Cowabunga, dudes.

7/2/2020 - It's been a while since I did a journal entry. I have had issues with my health and blood pressure months ago. I need to resolve this issue and improve my health as soon as possible! I am planning the perfect exercise routine that I am comfortable with. Right now, I am relaxing on the couch at home, but later this month I will start with stretches and working out. I took a bunch of classes during the Spring 2020 semester at Bridgewater State University, some of them being a web design class and an economy class, but I decided to stop doing them after Spring break because of the pandemic and the situation the country of America is going through right now. Things have been incredibly depressing because of the pandemic. For the years 2019-2020, I have not done as much journal entries like I did for the years 2016-2018. I have struggled with my health and have been acting very superstitious because of everything going on with the pandemic and everything is honestly alarming right now. 2019 and 2020 have been the toughest years of my life besides the years 2009 and 2010 where I was a rebellious teenager that made irrational decisions and during those years I also had a hard time controlling my temper. I am re-watching the first Pokemon movie this week. I remember it like it was yesterday watching it in theaters back in 1999. What Mewtwo said about the gift of life is still fresh in my mind. I have learned a lot from my mistakes when I was an irrational teenager and I became I better person. Here is one more thing I want to say for this important journal entry. Don't waste precious time feeling negative towards others, be lucky and thankful that you have been given the gift of life.

3/1/2020 - I want to take the time in this new blog post to talk about the Silver City Galleria Mall. I remember the early years of the mall and the later years. In the early years, it had stores such as Electronic Boutique, Radio Shack, EB Games, KB Toys and a Rock Climbing event. In the later years, it had stores like Macy's, Best Buy, Ninja Marshmallow, and Spencer's Gifts. At one point, I remember when the mall had a bouncing mattress event. I remember them having Camp Bucky for the kids at the cafeteria and the arcade machines near them. I remember the Regal Cinemas theater used to have arcade machines there like Arctic Thunder. I remember at one point where there used to be an arcade right next to EB Games, that was during the Mall's early years. I also remember there was a miniature golf place near Sears during the mall's early years. The Silver City Galleria Mall recently closed down the other week and is now gone forever. Now it's just a memory that will be fondly remembered by people from my generation, Generation Y, and also by some people from Generation Z and there could be more malls closing down for good soon as the culture of our society is gradually changing before our very eyes.

2/28/2020 - It's February, and usually during this time of year, I feel very sentimental. I think about my childhood a lot getting older and a lot about all of my favorite shows, movies, and video games. For the past couple of months, I played a lot of Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis games. I also played  games on occasions. The other week I beat the Sonic the Hedgehog trilogy for the Sega Genesis. The games were challenging but fun. I also finally beat Shinobi III and that took me many years to beat because of the very challenging levels at the end of the game. Classic games are like life itself, it takes hard work and dedication to beat them, but if you put in the work, you can eventually succeed. As it pertains to the Sonic the Hedgehog series, Sonic 2 as well as Sonic 3 & Knuckles blow the first Sonic game for the Sega Genesis out of the water. It feels fulfilling to finally beat a video game after a while. I remember months ago, around the Spring of 2019, I beat Donkey Kong country, a game that is almost as old as I am. I played Sim City for the Super Nintendo on an emulator for several weeks. It's one of those games I prefer honestly on an emulator because of the way the game is designed. Using a keyboard is fine for a game like Sim City. I noticed my family relaxing in the living room and watching movies. Sometimes I join in on the fun and watch movies with them. The other day I nature documentaries on television. They fascinate me because of my love and fascination for animals. The Shinobi III has one of the coolest cover arts I have ever seen. I like the game too, it's all about nobility and doing what's right. The Sega Genesis in general had lots of great and iconic games with lots of amazing cover arts to look at. On another note, on this day back in 1991, the Persian Gulf War ended. Yeah, wars are always pointless no matter what. That reminds me; Joe Musashi, also known as the Shinobi, always fought for truth and justice. Shinobi III has one of the most beautiful and rewarding video game endings ever! It's like an endless and repetitive cycle; whenever malicious forces try to take over society, each passing generation will have a man that will fight these forces for that man stands for truth and justice like a true hero should.

2/20/2020 - I have been having dreams for several weeks now that I am in school again and I am in Ms. Cabral's kindergarten class. I remember there was a girl in kindergarten that I thought was cute named Samantha Isabel and we used to play with toys together during kindergarten class. I remember in kindergarten I learned about alphabet letters and also about different colors like blue, red, yellow, green, and so on. Since a lot of men are single nowadays, I doubt I will find the right girl for me anytime soon. Maybe there is still hope, but at the same time, the way dating is nowadays, I have seen a lot of relationships on the news and social media not working out. I remember I had a few dates back when I was in middle school. I have danced with girls before and even won prom king during my senior year in Taunton High School back in 2012. When I am in the mood, I can be a passionate dancer. Some girls thought I was cute and friendly when I was a kid, however, I was usually too shy to talk to any girl. I don't know why, but perhaps it has to do with my Aquarius personality. Anyways, my family back home spent time watching nature channels. On occasions, they will try different genres when they're not watching dramatic story type of television. Southern European television can definitely be dramatic; like Greek television. I spent weeks playing a classic game; SimCity for the Super Nintendo. The soundtrack is relaxing and the gameplay over is pretty fun. This game was released back around 1991 and I imagine it was great to play during that time where you as a gamer would let your imagination run wild. It's an interesting simulator, you're basically in a political position and you have to do what you can with your finances to improve life for your citizens. Based on the decisions you make, your options are either doing what most typical politicians do in real life and that's being a disappointment or you can have the more unrealistic option of being a great political leader.

2/16/2020 - Today is my birthday and I am turning 26 years old. I already know I am getting ice cream cake again it's been that way for a while because I have been getting ice cream cake for many years for my birthday and I hardly got tired of it. One of these years in the future, I think I could mix it up and try vanilla frosted cake with cream filling, or cheesecake with cherry sauce, or chocolate lava cake. It's been ice cream cake for a while because I simply find it too difficult to resist. My favorite part is the vanilla ice cream part, it's so good! It's been a rough couple of years for me and today I want to take the time to remember the past. I am watching some movies right now. The past couple of years haven't been great for the animation industry but today I am re-watching classic animated movies for old times' and analyzing the tropes associated with all of them. My favorite movie memories are watching Spider-Man 2 in 2004 when it first released and watching Wall-E in 2008 when it first released. I saw those at the Silver City Galleria mall. Another fun memory I have is watching the Amazing Spider-Man in 2012 with my older brother when it first released. I was a senior at Taunton High School when that movie released and a won a prize for correctly guessing a Romeo and Juliet quote. I had a choice between a discount at the Olive Garden and a discount for movie tickets for the Silver City Galleria mall. I, of course, chose the Silver City Galleria mall discount because I didn't like the way the food at Olive Garden tasted and I was interested in getting to see the Amazing Spider-Man that released in theaters that year in 2012.

1/2/2020 - I am playing Nintendo 64 games and GameCube games on the PC. I played games like Kirby 64 , Banjo-Kazooie, and Wave Race 64. I also played games like Star Fox Adventures and Star Fox Assault. Krystal is such a pretty character and I have always had a crush on her when I was younger. I thought Carmelita from the Sly Cooper series was cute as well. I was like that when I was a young naive kid, I had a thing for these pretty anthropomorphic women. I have drawn lots of foxes over the years. I guess you can say I have a thing for foxes. As it pertains to these Nintendo franchises, I like the fun character designs, and I also like the creative levels in these games that are quite captivating. Krystal was great in Star Fox Adventures and in Star Fox Assault. It's a shame how they portrayed her in Star Fox Command. Since that game released for the Nintendo DS, they have stopped using Krystal, it's a real shame honestly. She doesn't have to be in every single Star Fox game, but I was thinking of the Star Fox series having different timelines like the Legend of Zelda Series. There can be Star Fox games where Krystal is in the game and Star Fox games where Krystal isn't in the game. Honestly Nintendo has forgtotten about this series along with the Donkey Kong Country series. That said, from what I have seen, the  Donkey Kong series has a brighter future compared to Star Fox. It's truly a shame. I remember ejaculating gallons of cum masturbating to Krystal as a kid. I also ejaculated gallons of cum masturbating to the other fox woman Carmelita. I guess a have a thing for anthropomorphic women, including anthropomorphic fox women. I love Krystal, she is one of the best girlfriends ever and is always supportive of Fox. I want a girlfriend like Krystal, but it's hard to find a girl like that in today's society. As it pertains to my inner thoughts, I thought of myself being in the world of Star Fox and Krystal being my girlfriend. I have quite the imagination.

2019

12/25/2019 - I spent some time on Smashboards the past few months sharing my perspective on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as well as the Super Smash Bros. series in general. Sometimes on Smashboards, I will talk about other video games series besides the Super Smash Bros. series which has always been one of my favorite video game series. I like to look at the positive things when it comes to discussing video games. Anyways, today is Christmas and during this time of year I like to watch holiday movies as usual. One of my favorite SpongeBob episodes as a kid was Christmas Who? because is was not only funny, but also heartwarming. I liked the part where Squidward tried to make a happy Christmas for SpongeBob. I have been watching SpongeBob with younger brother and we like how season 9B, which first aired a few years ago, feels like the feels like the old episodes of SpongeBob again because in the old episode before the first movie was released, the characters were charming and relatable, especially Squidward. It's been almost two decades since the iconic "Christmas Who?" special of SpongeBob released on television for the first time. Amazing! I was basically in 1st grade as a kid when it released. In 1st grade, I remember reading fascinating fictional books like Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and watched the Gene Wilder movie version. The best thing about Christmas is the fact I can relate to characters like Squidward and the Grinch.

12/10/2019 - The semester I have had at Bridgewater State University will be over soon and that's good for me because I want to have fun again. I value hard work and efficiency, but at the same time, there comes a certain period of time where I just want to relax and have as much fun as I possibly can. It's great that I got a lot of work done, but there's a lot of Switch games I haven't finished yet that I need to get to. I want to play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate more. Then I want to play more of the other Switch games such as Super Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild. Playing the Switch has helped me connect with my younger brother for years. Playing old games over the years has helped me connect with my older brother too. We played a lot of games from the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th console generations. I remember when Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire first released in stores back in November 2002, me and my older brother bought those games from Target. They were a lot of fun to constantly replay. My older brother played Ruby and I played Sapphire. He started with Treecko as his Pokemon and I started with Mudkip as my Pokemon. When Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen released back in January 2004, we bought those as well. He started with Charmander as his Pokemon and I started with Squirtle as my Pokemon. We also did that back when Pokemon Red and Blue first released.  when my younger brother played Pokemon LeafGreen in the early 2010's, he started with Bulbasaur. I have been thinking a lot about Pokemon lately because of how big of a franchise it has become over the years. I replayed the classic Pokemon games for months again including Pokemon Blue which is the first one I played and I picked Squirtle as my starter. What was great about the old Pokemon games was the charming sprites. The technology back then was limited but you would let your imagination run wild while getting immersed into captivating worlds like Pokemon.

11/18/2019 - I have had fun this semester at Bridgewater State University. Not only did I learn a lot about Graphic Design, but also got to share my perspective of art with teachers and students as well as seeing their perspectives. What I usually do at Bridgewater State University when I'm not in class is hang out at the library. That's where I usually go, I also did that when I was attending Bristol Community College. I have been able to create lots of interesting graphic designs thanks to the iPad I have been using. I created pirate themed art on the iPad this Fall, I have also drawn Donkey Kong characters using the iPad. I drew Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, and King K. Rool. Learning about all the color palettes in my Graphic Design classes was a challenging but invigorating experience. Anyways, winter is coming soon and i can feel the cold already. Quite frankly, winter is one of those seasons you have to get used to. It is what it is. I have fond memories of having hot chocolate with marshmallows for many winters. It's also a fun time to use the internet and work on graphic design related projects while collecting your thoughts together.

10/2/2019 - Today I joined Smashboards with an account I created called Kold Pizza. I was also on Discord moths before joining Smashboards with that same username. I not only want to share my perspective on video games, but also see things from others' perspectives. I feel like Smashboards is a website I will definitely enjoy visiting because it is mainly about one of my favorite video game series ever and that's the Smash series. As it pertains to society, I think all lot of problems in life should be settled in Smash! When I was on Discord months ago, I thought it would be funny if my username was Kold Pizza because I had cold pizza the other day back in the Fall of 2018. I put a "K" in cold pizza because it reminds me of how King K. Rool's name has a "K" in it. There are other funny names with a "K" in it like the Krusty Krab. I thought about SpongeBob for months now because it has gotten relevant again in the post-sequel era.

8/10/2019 - This year I bought a lot of Nintendo Switch games. I've got tons of them to try out as there are different interesting genres to try out. While shopping for any games that interest me today, I noticed something. I noticed video games from previous generations are getting harder and harder to find in retail stores today. The Nintendo Wii at this point is over a decade old and I was amazed to find some Wii games at Kohl's that were still selling as well as some PS3 games. I remember buying Sonic Colors for the Wii recently and hope to try it out some day. I have another college semester coming up soon, so my time for enjoying these games honestly feels limited. I have been watching a lot of on demand movies this summer with my family members like Wall-E and Ratatouille. I remember seeing Wall-E when it first premiered at the Silver City Galleria mall back in June 27, 2008. It's one of my favorite movie memories besides watching the first Pokemon movie back when it premiered in 1999. It was one of my favorite movies I ever watched. One of my favorite scenes was when Eve kissed Wall-E with a robotic static-like kiss when he found the boot with the plant inside. Many people at the movie theater found that scene funny. My mother drove me there and then I had to call her for a ride back home after I got done seeing the movie. That summer in 2008, I remember playing a lot of Wii games like Wii Sports and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, I remember it like yesterday. I also remember attending Camp Ramsbottom in the summer of 2008.

7/18/2019 - I have been playing a lot of Super Mario Maker 2 for the Nintendo Switch this week as has my younger brother Arthur. The first Super Mario Maker game is a fun game with lots of interesting content. Super Mario Maker 2 is a fun game with even more interesting content in it. The Super Mario Maker series is not only an interesting video game series that you can have fun with and get immersed into each world, but also it helps you learn a lot about video game designing. I started started creating my own levels recently and it's been a lot of fun; it takes time and effort to get the level designs right when you are working on them but it eventually is very rewarding once you have finished completing the levels. It's great that Super Mario Maker 2 has a mode where you can create Super Mario World type of levels. Super Mario World has always been my favorite 2D Mario game. My favorite 3D Mario game has always been Super Mario 64. These games are games I like to revisit now and then and immerse myself into their creative and wonderful worlds. I love the cape Mario power up and using Yoshi in Super Mario world. Even though Super Mario 64 doesn't have those, the power ups in that game are still cool, especially Metal Mario. The levels in classic Mario games like Super Mario World and Super Mario 64 are quite unforgettable!

6/20/2019 - For the past couple of weeks, I have been hanging out with my younger brother Arthur and we enjoy watching television and movies together. For a few days this month we tried Domino's pizza. It was a meat lover's pizza and it was really delicious. We usually get our pizza from Classic Pizza. But this time, we decided to try Domino's pizza. The taste was quite thick and the pizza was saucy. We also had some ice cream sandwiches this month together and having ice cream is always a must for me during the summer. I remember at the park when I was a kid I used to enjoy eating those baseball glove popsicles. Eating ice cream and pizza while watching cartoons like SpongeBob and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has always been a fun experience for me. My brother has spent a lot of hours playing the Nintendo Switch this year as have I. Speaking of pizza, I still have this image in my head of Michelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles  movie enjoying pizza. The 1990 version of Michelangelo is one of my favorite incarnations of the character besides the 1987 one.

6/12/2019 - It was a tough day for Boston. The St. Louis Blues just the Boston Bruins to win the Stanley Cup 2019 finals. They defeated them in Game 7 4-1 and honestly the Bruins really let the Stanley Cup trophy get away from them. The blew Game 7. Rask didn't play well, Marchand didn't do a good job at all today and he let the team down. This was honestly tougher to swallow for Boston fans than the time the Bruins got defeated by Chicago back in the 2013 Stanley Cup finals. With the 2013 Stanley Cup finals, you can say that Chicago was at least loaded with hall of fame players. But for the 2019 Stanley Cup finals, the Boston Bruins were more talented than the St. Louis Blues in my opinion but they didn't show it Game 7. Anyways, I will go back to playing video games this week. I have been staying indoors all summer. I have been staying indoors a lot this year. I used to go out a lot during the 1990's and 2000's. Even in the early 2010's I went out a lot. Right now though, I have developed a severe eating addiction to junk food and candy. I need to change these habits, at the same time though, I feel like playing video games helps me forget about junk food. At the same time though, I sometimes develop addictions to playing video games.

6/8/2019 - Today is Saturday which i my favorite day of the week besides Sunday and Friday. I have been playing a lot of Nintendo Entertainment System games this month. I have played Super Mario Bros. 3 and that game is nostalgic and iconic. I remember hearing about how Donkey Kong Country's creators were inspired by games like Super Mario Bros. 3 when creating Donkey Kong Country. It makes sense because games like Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World, and Donkey Kong Country have levels that are creative and imaginative. The worlds are all immersive and really captivate you. Super Mario Bros. 3 is challenging and in my opinion one of the hardest Mario games I have ever played. It's definitely harder than Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country. At the same time though, it's not as hard as something like Ninja Gaiden. I played some Tecmo Super Bowl the other day and that game is a true 8-Bit classic and more fun in my opinion than any modern Madden game I have played. I haven't played Madden in years. Recently though, I tried Madden 18 with my brothers the other day and honestly it didn't feel the same as any of the 2000's Madden games. Anyways, I have been playing Super Mario Bros. 3 a lot and I have developed a sore thumb while playing it because of the way the Nintendo Entertainment System controller is designed. Also, on this day, 53 years ago, the NFL announced a merger with the AFL which became fully effective several years later. That era was back when my Green Bay Packers used to dominate the NFL and Bart Starr was a great leader for them. Now the Packers have won only two Super Bowls in the last 50 years. Yeah, it is what it is. Anyways, playing the iconic Donkey Kong Country games are not only fun, but the beautiful music composed by David Wise can get stuck in your head easily. Music is phenomenal overall and makes the world go round. Some music like NFL soundtracks get you pumped up and make you feel a great adrenaline rush. Meanwhile, music like soundtracks from the Donkey Kong Country series can be relaxing and soothing to listen to.

5/1/2019 - On this day, twenty years ago, SpongeBob premiered on television for the first time. I remember watching it when I was 5 years old. I watched it on a CRT TV while living in an apartment with my parents, older brother, and grandmother from my father's side of the family. That back when my parents used to work at New Weir Pizza. I spent the first eight years of my life living in an apartment before me and my family moved into a raised ranch house during the summer of 2002. The summer of 2002, we took one of our best family vacations which was on the island of Rhodes. It's when of my favorite vacations I always think about along with the vacation we took in Nantucket during the summer of 2005. The Norwegian Cruise ship was also a memorable vacation we took during the summer of 2012. Just thinking about SpongeBob today made me also think about vacation related things. I think it's because of the Hawaiian themed settings. Old SpongeBob episodes are comfy to me as well as cozy and provide great memories. Anyways I have been enjoying some red wine for the past several years on occasions, particularly during the holidays. I wonder if Squidward likes wine, he would seem like the type to like wine. SpongeBob and Patrick on the other hand, they're like grown dudes who will always act like kids no matter what.

4/5/2019 - Greetings dear journal! I have been looking at my drawings recently and plan to draw more and more. I have a wild imagination. I enjoy drawing anthropomorphic cartoon characters a lot. I have been busy drawing with paper and with my sketchbooks for several weeks now, drawing is one of my most favorite hobbies and it makes me feel happy. It takes time and effort to make the drawings come out perfectly but the key is to truly love what you are doing. Spring time is a nice and cozy time to draw. I remember doing years of drawings at Bristol Community College. Now I am doing years of drawings at Bridgewater State University. I am in the middle of my Spring 2019 semester and I hope to finish strong. I have spent a lot of days for several years since I became an adult in 2015 using my parents' hot tub and their massage chair in the bedroom. I spent a lot of days thinking about not only mi childhood, but also what it's like being an adult. I spent lots of time with the family going to all kinds of interesting places like Foxwoods. Anyways, time to get cozy at home again and think of my favorite fictional women.

3/5/2019 - The other week I saw Nintendo Wii games and PlayStation 3 games selling out Kohl's. It's a pleasant surprise seeing 7th generation console video games being sold at Kohl's especially considering we are entering a new console generation soon. We've been on the 8th console generation for a few years now and now we are going to enter the 9th console generation. So anyways, I saw Sonic Colors for the Nintendo Wii for sale and I knew I had to buy it because I am probably not going to see another Wii game for sale anytime soon that's actually sealed up and is in great condition. Sonic Colors is one of the better 3D Sonic games for sure. Plenty of 3D Sonic games over the years are not as consistent in good quality like the Super Mario 3D games are in my opinion. There have been plenty of 3D Sonic games that have been mediocre. However, Sonic Colors is unique and different from many of the other 3D Sonic games. I think it's one of the best 3D Sonic games and has a fun and cool design, so it's definitely worth playing.

2/16/2019 - Today is my birthday and I am turning 25 years old. I got an iPad to draw my work on. It's fun creating things and that's exactly what I want to do with my iPad. I'm at an age now where I understand when it's time to work and when it's time to have fun and relax. Hopefully in the future, all my hard work will finally pay off. I took some classes on Graphic Design for previous semesters, and I am planning and taking more for future semesters. Not only do I plan to, but also it is required in order for me to obtain my Bachelor's degree for Graphic Design. Today is a Saturday, I love it whenever my birthday is on a Saturday. I have played a lot of Super Nintendo games this week. I played Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country, and A Link to the Past. Not too long ago, I modded both my NES Classic console and my SNES classic console to include games that weren't in these systems when they launched such as Donkey Kong Country 2 and Tecmo Super Bowl. I didn't add Sim City when I modded them, but I played hours of Sim City on an emulator. I love how Sim City feels like your are role-playing as a political candidate. I know deep down, nowadays... it's uneasy bringing up politics because of the political turmoil that has been going on in society, at the same time though, it is utterly important to persevere. I don't like addressing these types of topics at all, but if I am given no other options, I will have no choice but to do so. I am the type of person that will give you the cold hard truth instead of giving you sugarcoated lies. That's who I have always been since I was born. I am a down-to-earth human being, and deep down, and know there are many people out there who are down-to-earth human being like me. The character, Archangel Michael, is someone who truly resonates with me personally especially because he helps the weak and we share the same name.

1/2/2019 - It was New Year's the other day. I finished my first semester at Bridgewater State University the other week. I have another semester coming up soon. Right now, I am enjoying a winter break. For the winter, I love having hot chocolate with marshmallows. During this time of year, I hang out in the living room with my family and we watch old movies. Also, I must say something, the 1980's song called the Final Countdown is a great song to listen to while watching the New Years Eve countdown when entering a New Year. I listened to it the other day for the New Year's countdown. 1980's music in general is a blast to listen to. It's definitely fun hearing it during the holidays. Anyways, right now, I'm into the mood of getting things like vanilla pudding and jello. I also want to try some chicken this week and some Berry Blend splash juice.

2018

12/31/2018 - I have spent several weeks playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and have put many hours into the game. It took forever to unlock all the characters. My favorite character to play as is King K. Rool. I have been playing as him a lot. The Donkey Kong characters are very fun to play as and so are the Pokemon characters and Kirby characters. I must admit I miss the online mode the Nintendo DS Super Smash Bros. game used to provide because the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate game for the Switch's online mode can be laggy at times. Still though, it's a fun game, and King K. Rool's character is represented very well in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The details are incredible! I have been chatting at Discord with the username Kold Pizza as it pertains to my excitement about the game and the Kremling King character. I expect that there will be some DLC characters that are going to be released soon. Anyways, it's New Years' Eve again and just like the previous years, I am going to celebrate it with my family. Sometimes, we enjoy watching holiday movies together. I also have been playing some Donkey Kong Country 2. In my opinion, it's the best Donkey Kong game ever made besides Tropical Freeze. The game mechanics are a lot of fun, it's fun to play as Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong. Not only that, but just like every other Donkey Kong Country game, the music and atmosphere is phenomenal and represents something that captivates you as a gamer.

12/25/2018 - I have been busy drawing and doing a lot journal entries this month. I keep having dreams of my childhood. Today is Sunday, Christmas day. I got more clothes and bathroom items from my parents for Christmas this year like have been form many years. For months now, I have been sleeping a lot and been developing an irregular sleeping pattern. Those types of things can happen a lot when you are an adult constantly missing your childhood and hanging onto your childhood photos for all eternity. For many months now, I have been having dreams like when I was in Ms. Cabral's class in Kindergarten again. Playing at recess and having fun with classmates like Samantha Isabel who I recognized when I was little. When I was in Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade. Me and my family lived in an apartment before moving to a raised ranch home when I was 8 years old. The years I was in Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade. I remember I used to draw scribbles before I eventually learned how to draw better. I remember I always had a Gap backpack with me that my mother bought for me when I was little. I was my favorite backpack. Besides having my favorite backpack with me, my favorite things to wear in school were my blue and silver light up boots and my red raincoat that was yellow on the inside and had blue buttons. I eventually years later as a teenager, handed over my blue and silver light up boots for my younger brother to wear. He also liked my Garfield slippers I had as a kid when I was 9 years old and attending the 3rd grade. I remember we would experience cold winters a lot for many years around this time. I remember back in  the 2000's while playing games like Final Fantasy IX, we experienced blizzards and then we had to shovel the snow again and again. For many years I keep dreaming I am a kid again. Those were fun years I never want to forget. This year for Christmas, I am drawing and watching my favorite cartoons for old times' sake. I still remember to this day in my mind what my Garfield slippers look like. I have a photographic memory!

12/10/2018 - It's been my first year at Bristol Community College and it's been an interesting experience. Compared to Bristol Community College, I miss Bristol Community College's cafeteria, it was nice and quiet and I liked the cafeteria food better. Bridgewater's State University's food is okay I guess, but it doesn't compare to Bristol Community College's food and the lines at BSU tend to be crowded at times, it's infuriating as is the parking here. The great thing about Bridgewater State University though is there's lots of great art classes to choose. Anyways, today I was thinking about how everything is CGI now as it pertains to movies because hand drawn animation isn't seen as cost effective anymore. That's unfortunate in my opinion because watching cel animation shows and movies has always given me a comfy and cozy feeling like the old episodes of SpongeBob. A new Grinch movie released a month ago and honestly, in my opinion, the art style doesn't feel quite the same. I feel CGI doesn't really suit the Grinch at all. Hand drawn animation suits a series like the Grinch the best in my opinion.

11/26/2018 - Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of SpongeBob SquarePants, has left us. One of my biggest regrets in life is never getting to meet him in person. I wanted to meet him and tell him how much his creation SpongeBob SquarePants has meant to me. Growing up, SpongeBob and his friends have always been there for me as a kid when I was feeling lonely. SpongeBob SquarePants has always been one of my favorite franchises to be a fan of besides Pokemon. Stephen Hillenburg was a brilliant man with a brilliant mind. He has a love for sea creatures and has done a lot of marine biology in his life. Even though he his gone now, he left behind a great legacy. SpongeBob SquarePants to this day will always be a timeless cartoon to watch over and over again. The first three seasons and the first SpongeBob SquarePants movie especially will always be timeless. The characters were relatable, especially Squidward, and the stories and situations that went on in the old SpongeBob episodes just clicked psychologically with so many people in this world including me. I want to want day create something one day that will have a positive impact on society just like Stephen Hillenburg's creation did.

11/23/2018 - Today is the fourth Thursday of November again which means Thanksgiving, it will be our first Thanksgiving without my grandfather from my mother's side of the family on earth anymore. Deep down, I know and I believe he is watching us from the great beyond. I have been playing video games to calm me down and reduce my stress. I have been doing that a lot and sometimes find myself multi-tasking with college work and fun stuff like video games that I like to analyze and do journal entries about. I have been watching YouTube videos a lot about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and have seen many players share their perspective on the game. They were discussing things like which characters are most fun to play as and which stages are best to play on. In my opinion, Setting all the stages to Final Destination mode and playing on Final Destination itself are the best stages. I like how Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has a lot of different customization options. You can do a lot of different customization options to your liking. That's what makes Super Smash Bros. Ultimate feel unique. At the same time though, it tries to be a jack of all trades type of Super Smash Bros. game because it takes elements from Melee, Brawl, and the Wii U Super Smash Bros. game and tries to combine them. In that regard, I honestly feel like it doesn't really excel in any particular area. For example, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's campaign pales in comparison to Super Smash Bros. Brawl's campaign. Brawl had the best story mode in my opinion of all the Super Smash Bros. games and the best bosses. Bosses like Tabuu were really challenging for me to beat and it took me forever to beat Tabuu on intense mode with characters like Squirtle, Ivysaur, Charizard, and Meta Knight. When I finally beat Tabuu though, it was really rewarding. I remember back in 2008 when I went to Taunton Catholic Middle school, I talked with a few friends about Super Smash Bros. Brawl and other things like Pokemon. I remember that year in the computer labs I used to play Pokemon Crater in the computer labs while simultaneously doing 8th grade work. I also played board games like Mouse Trap and Battleship in the 8th grade after school programs. Those are fun eighth grade memories I will never forget. I remember hanging out at the library cafe a lot of times, going to parties, field trips, and buying neat looking pencils and erasers and the school store.

11/8/2018 - Today is my name day and I don't want much but love and respect. I received money as a gift, that's always nice. If only I had money to buy all the great games I want, but that will take some time. To truly want something, I have to work towards it. It will be a step by step process, but it shall be done! At least I hope so. Anyways, today is Wednesday. Wednesdays are usually I nice day for me to do research data I find important such as Sports statistics, release dates of certain shows, movies, and video games I like, and also fascinating tropes that are associated with my favorite franchises in the entertainment industry. Anyways I got a lot on my mind and whenever I get the chance, I like to get immersed in all of my favorite fictional franchises and escape the real world. Perhaps, one day, I can create a captivating franchise that some kids from the newer generations will try to immerse themselves into like I did as a kid as it pertains to all of my favorite fictional worlds. I always envision myself become a charismatic speaker one day. The thing is though, it can be challenging because I am someone who can be camera shy at times. At the same time though, I keep doing what I can to challenge myself in order to have a positive influence in the world and our society. It is utterly important to look at different sides of the equation before coming to a conclusion.

10/29/2018 - Last night, I watched the Red Sox win the world series. They defeated the Dodgers 5-1 in Game 5 and they won the series 4-1. This year's Red Sox team was very dominant and finished their season with a 108-54 record. At the same time though, in my opinion, I don't find them as likable as the 2013 Red Sox because that 2013 Red Sox team was more likeable that year. They had a togetherness I really liked especially considering what happened at the Boston Marathon that year which was depressing. They won it for the people of Boston in 2013, they truly did. I also remember the year when the Red Sox won the world series in 2007. I especially remember the year they won the world series in 2004 and that was a special year. I remember E. Pole elementary school giving out Red Sox cookies to celebrate the team. 2004 was full of magic and Cinderella stories like the Red Sox winning the world series in 2004 and Greece winning the Euro Cup in 2004. There were also lots of great movies that came out that year like the SpongeBob SquarePants movie and Spider-Man 2. There were also lots of great video games that came out that year like Halo 2 and Half-Life 2.

9/8/2018 - I bought Super Smash Bros. Ultimate today and I got two of them, one for me and one for my younger brother who has spent previous months playing the Nintendo 3DS Super Smash Bros. game. I tried the 3DS game as well for months. During the past few months, whenever I wasn't working at Classic Pizza or busy with college work, I would play the 3DS a lot and I have been doing that for several months during the early part of the 2018 year. Even though Super Smash Bros. Ultimate released yesterday 9/7/2018, I was busy at BSU with my older brother. Today is Saturday, so I thought it was a good day to buy Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for me and my younger brother. We have had fun playing a lot of Nintendo Switch games for many months now. We played games like Super Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild. Today we have been trying out Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the first time and it has been a blast to play!

8/8/2018 - I am freaking out right now! King K. Rool is in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate! King K. Rool! KING K. ROOL!!! First the "Everyone is Here" thing and now this! One of my most wanted characters is finally here! I have never been more excited for a video game in my life! There were other times I have been this excited, like when Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green were first released. King K. Rool has always been one of my most requested Super Smash Bros. characters along with Squirtle, Tails, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, and Shovel Knight. This big green crocodile has always had a fascinating design in my opinion. He's wacky and goofy, and quite frankly, I love it! I remember seeing King K. Rool for the first time when I was a kid. I tried games like Donkey Kong Country for the GameBoy Advanced and Donkey Kong 64 and found his personality very memorable. Even though he antogonized the Kongs who I also love, I feel like there's a part of King K. Rool deep down inside that seems sympathetic. Anyways, it's great to see him in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the first time and I look forward to buying the game now more than ever especially since the "Everyone is Here!" and now King K. Rool is here as well.

7/2/2018 - Everyone is here! I watched the recent trailer the other day for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate where they reveal every character in the Smash franchises' history to be coming back and returning in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. This is both unbelievable and exciting. I look forward to playing as my beloved Squirtle again! June 2018 has been one of the toughest months in my life but seeing this new Super Smash Bros. trailer reminded me of my childhood. Anyways, I spent the week recently with relatives at Cape Cod. We had a good time there and ate at a restaurant called the Lobster Boat. Eating at fancy restaurants honestly makes me feel like I am in my happy place, just like how visiting a supermarket like Market Basket has made me feel like I am in my happy place. A lot of days went by recently where fond memories popped up in my head again and again, it was memories of playing The Sims 2. It's the best Sims game in my opinion. If I were to rank The Sims games, Sims 2 would be number one, then Sims 3, then the original Sims, and then Sims 4 as the last one on the list. Forget graphics, Sims 4 is so limited in terms of gameplay compared to the other ones. The original Sims game, even though it's basic, it's full of nostalgia and is arguably the most important one because it started the series in the first place. Sims 3 has lots of cool customizations, personality traits, and gorgeous worlds like Sunset Valley. Sims 2 is the one that is the most charming and replayable to me and has beautiful iconic worlds like Pleasantview. In my honest opinion, I like The Sims 2 logo the best!

6/1/2018 - It's getting hot outside. I'm just here, sitting around, having some ice cold water while preparing for the hot summer that's about to unfold. I have been a lot into video games this year lately especially because of the Nintendo Switch. It's been just a year since the Switch was released and already it's selling more than the Wii U ever did. You can tell how much more fun it is by comparison. Super Mario Odyssey which was released October 27, 2017 has been a lot of fun for me to play. In my honest opinion, it's the best 3D Super Mario game since Super Mario 64. The worlds are very captivating as well as immersive. My favorite Super Mario Odyssey world has to be New Donk City. I love the references they make to Donkey Kong characters. You get to do all kinds of fun stuff while controlling Mario, including all kinds of fun side stuff. I don't know if Nintendo will make a sequel to Super Mario Odyssey in the future, but I don't really care. I tend to prefer originals over sequels anyway. As it pertains to the video game industry and entertainment industry in general, sequels typically exist because it's all about the money at the end of the day. There are rare exceptions of a sequel being better than the original. Donkey Kong Country 2 being better than the original Donkey Kong Country as it relates to gameplay is what I would call a "Rare" exception. As it relates to Super Mario Odyssey, like I said, the game is fun, and I hope to play it more in the future when I'm not working and I want to experience fun again and again.

5/29/2018 - I finished Bristol Community College and I am moving on with my life. Finally, I am moving on! The recent several years, I took some art classes I really liked. I will always enjoy the times I spent eating at the cafeteria. I especially enjoyed the cheeseburgers they provided and sometimes when it was a nice day out, I would eat my lunch outside. It was tough at times, but I feel I improved my abilities as an artist. As the old saying goes, if at first you don't succeed, try and try again! The middle of Spring is always a good time for me to calm down and recollect my thoughts together. I saw my grandfather from my mother's side the other day, even though he has been struggling with his health. I always want him by my side supporting me. He has not only enjoyed seeing my drawings, but also he likes my potential and wants me to finish college and finally reach my goal.

4/18/2018 - Pokemon Brick Bronze closed down today. I am extremely pissed and frustrated. I played that game for several years along with my younger brother, it was on Roblox. It's literally the main reason I visited Roblox a lot. It was fun, but of course, the Nintendo executives had to come in and force the creator of Pokemon Brick Bronze to shut it down for good. So I guess some things the creator did weren't exactly legal, but if I'm working as a video game executive, I would say "you know what let's make an exception or work something out because of how much time and work you put in to make it fun and how much time and effort the fans put in these game," that's what I would say. I honestly think this is about Gamefreak, Gamefreak is so bitter because so many people like Brick Bronze better than the modern mainline Pokemon games. Pokemon has been declining ever since its transition to 3D. Brick Bronze felt refreshing to play and exciting, but now all the hours I put into it were all for nothing. Now, Pokemon Brick Bronze is nothing but a memory. I have got a lot on my mind right now and, quite frankly, it's tough, but at the same time, it is what it is. I will always have fond memories playing Pokemon Brick Bronze with my younger brother Arthur Mici who also goes by the name Thanasi Mici. The 2010's have been an exciting time to be a Pokemon fan.

3/7/2018 - I have a few months left of my Spring 2018 semester at Bristol Community College. I have gotten a lot of work done and will finally finish my final semester at Bristol Community College. It's getting late and right now I am watching wholesome videos on YouTube to help reduce the stress. My grandfather from my mother's side of the family told me that he wants the best for me and to finish my work and grow up to be someone. It's always nice spending time with him. For the past several months, I have always helped him with backyard work. His health recently for a few years now has been concerning and we are doing our best to keep him healthy. He has always loved seeing my drawings and would sometimes spend time drawing with me. He would draw things like pets such as dogs and things such as flowers. He would also sometimes draw houses. It was always something that was familiar with him because he spent years working as a construction worker.

3/5/2018 - Sometimes I feel like I'm living the life of Patrick Star. I'm just sitting around doing nothing. At one point in my life, I remember that I thought about playing in professional football but changed my mind about that career path after I tore my ACL during the summer of 2010. I remember when I was a kid, around 7 years old, I thought about becoming a firefighter and eating because the Squirtle Squad inspired me to think about being a firefighter in the first place. That obviously changed now because I realized being a firefighter is something not really up my alley. Right now, I think I'm starting to realize what I want to do for the rest of my life as it relates to my career path. I want to be a cartoonist or actor, or preferably both. I am not just going to rewatch Pokemon, SpongeBob for ol' times sake, but also the 1987 version Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Goodness gracious! It still boggles my mind to this day how Michelangelo's nunchucks got removed. I will also be rewatching Garfield & Friends and SWAT Kats again for ol' times sake!

2/16/2018 - Today is my birthday and I am turning 24 years old. I have been stuck in the same community college for a while now, but this year, I believe I can finally finish it. For years I have been in and out as it pertains to my community college I started five years ago. I took like a year or two off to work at Classic Pizza at the same time while working as a freelance photographer as well as a freelance artist and freelance researcher who collects important data from the internet. The recent few years, I have been determined to finish community college and on move on to greener pastures. Today is Friday, February 16, 2018. Fridays are always comfy for me. Whether it's a long day at school, work, or college, I always look forward to Friday evenings because deep down I know the fun weekends are right around the corner. I have made journal entries about the Nintendo 64 before. I will do it again today. I want to talk about my favorite Nintendo 64 levels which are Whomp's Fortress and Hazy Maze cave from Super Mario 64. Those levels are captivating and fun to explore because they give you a great sense of exploration. One of my other favorite Nintendo 64 levels are the Forest Temple and Spirit Temple from Ocarina of Time because not only were those dungeons fun to explore but also the mythological lore those levels shared a connection to were always fascinating to me. My favorite Star Fox 64 levels are Corneria, Zoness, and Area 6. You can get a high score on those Star Fox levels and that definitely happened to me as I got more good at the game over the years since playing it for the first time back when it released. I also love Sector Z and Saffron city from Super Smash Bros. because multiplayer on those levels are very fun and addictive. For my birthday, I ate ice cream cake today. I had ice cream cake for many years now and have stuck with ice cream cake for my birthday for a long time. During the early years of my childhood, I used to have regular cake on occasions with vanilla frosting, I at one point had chocolate cake and then cheesecake. Right now though, I have had ice cream cake for many years and I love it so much.

1/4/2018 - For the past several years, whenever I am not working at Classic Pizza or going to Bristol Community College, I am usually trying to look for ways to have fun on my spare time. My main mantra for life is all about having fun. Right now though, there isn't anything to watch. I just got home from work. It's Thursday today which means pay day at Classic Pizza. I had some pizza with water while at work and then I got paid for folding pizza boxes which I have been doing for years and working at the grill which I do sometimes and sweeping, I remember during the later part of the 2000's and early 2010's whenever I had a meal like pizza or a cheeseburger, I would have it with baked chips and a root beer or soda, or sometimes with juice. This time though, I am having my lunch and dinner with water because taking care of my health is really important right now. There isn't a lot of interesting things on television anymore. Whenever I am not working or doing college work, for the past several years I have struggled to find something good to watch on television. The funny thing is, I thought television was declining back in the later part of the 2000's especially after the 2008 recession happened. Right now, it's definitely declining more than ever right now. For the past several years, I have rarely watched television. I just watch videos on YouTube as it pertains to my main source for entertainment. I usually just watch videos related to things like video games and a review or an analysis of video games. I especially look for what small content creators on YouTube have to say, they usually put more passion in their work compared to big YouTube channels where they tend to do things more out of obligation. YouTube though has had its problems nowadays with everything being about monetization, it's quite different now than how it was during the "Broadcast Yourself" era of YouTube. Anyways, I thought of something today. The cartoon Garfield & Friends is still fresh on my mind as well as the classic Garfield specials. Garfield's witty humor as well as his comedic antics have always been interesting for me to watch growing up. They were quite entertaining. Also, Garfield likes pizza and lasagna just like I do. I have had some pizza and lasagna on occasions for the past several years and want to continue to do so in the future.

1/3/2018 - Right now, I am sitting around wondering what to do with my life. I was thinking about doing a YouTube career where a review video games and do videos of me playing them. I am thinking about doing that before I go on have a graphic design related career. Even though I am confident in my acting abilities, I admit that I can be pretty camera shy, I don't get in front of a camera a lot, but I do like making journal entries and keeping them around for memories. In the past, I usually go to YouTube just to watch videos, not really be a content creator or anything. Right now, I don't have the motivation to do a YouTube career yet. I have been busy with college projects lately. Not only that, but also the direction YouTube has been going since being owned by Google is not great and over time, I think more and more content creators that want to see YouTube run like a meritocracy will just end up leaving the platform. Anyways, today is Wednesday, and I am just sitting around while drawing, didn't really do much today but draw. Drawing is fun for me and helps reduce stress. I was thinking about running my own studio company one day and help make the difference as it pertains to animation and having a positive influence on society. I was thinking about having my studio company be a multi-media studio company and do things like live-action scenes as well as animated scenes. I always thought about creating captivating IP's that have successful television shows as well as movies and video games. Also, it would be cool if the franchises I made were to have successfully high-selling merchandise. Franchises like Pokemon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Garfield have historically had successfully high-selling merchandise.

2017

12/20/2017 - I always get excited around this time of year because it's the holidays and Christmas is coming. One of my favorite Christmas specials growing up is how the Grinch stole Christmas. It told a great story because the Grinch is someone I can relate to. The Grinch is a character who always felt alone and isolated from society, but over time he realized that the true spirit of Christmas doesn't come from a store, but rather that the true spirit of Christmas means something more. I want to watch that special again sometime for it is a timeless classic. Whenever I visited the doctor as a kid, when I was in the waiting room with my mother before going to the doctor's office, sometimes there would be something fun playing for the kids on television that was in the waiting room. I remember the waiting during the holidays had the How the Grinch stole Christmas television special. I remember Christmas back in 1999 watching specials like How the Grinch Stole Christmas and Olive the Other Reindeer. Olive the Other Reindeer was also a great Christmas special to watch that I have lots of nostalgia for. Those were fun nostalgic times and I still re-watch fun classic cartoons a lot of times. I have been doing that for over twenty years. The entertainment industry has not done well recently, a lot of things produced are just garbage like the The Emoji movie that was released in the United States July 28, 2017. You hardly see relatable characters or memorable scenes on television or the movie theaters anymore. I have resorted to just watching YouTube and sometimes classic cartoons like Underdog, He-Man, and Transformers. I sometimes watch classic anime like Dragon Ball Z. I remember throughout the later part of the 2000's and early 2010's, I would re-watch Pokemon, SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Garfield a lot. I remember around 2014-2015 I would re-watch SWAT Kats a lot, I believe I re-watched the whole series at least ten times, and I remember first seeing the SWAT Kats on television back in the 1990's. When Christmas day comes, I will relax and enjoy some cookies and milk. I would always do that as a kid. I will also have some red wine for the holidays like a have been doing for the past few years. When New Years comes, I will re-watch old shows and movies on television and relax. The holidays and winter is usually a nice time for me to relax and have fun. It's also a nice time for me to be cozy at home and just draw, draw, and draw!

11/4/2017 - I have played some Pokemon and I noticed something recently. I noticed the Pokemon designs look and feel more humanoid recently. Don't get me wrong, I think there a still some interesting Pokemon designs here and there as it relates to the modern generation, but in my opinion, I pretty much prefer the Pokemon designs for the Classic generations. Their appearances felt more natural to me. I would say the decline of the Pokemon designs started around the Nintendo DS era of Pokemon games. Don't get me wrong, the Pokemon games for the Nintendo DS were fun and had interesting new game mechanics at the time, but around that era is when the Pokemon designs started to look more inconsistent in quality like it was a mixed bag. Pokemon certainly hasn't felt the same since transitioning to 3D. During the sprite era, the sprites and setting of the classic Pokemon games were captivating and your imagination would run wild while playing them. I know my imagination ran wild while playing them. It's all about "IMAGINATION" just like how SpongeBob said in that SpongeBob episode where SpongeBob and Patrick were playing in the box and Squidward was struggling to use his own imagination. Also, I having really enjoyed playing the Super Nintendo classic console and the Nintendo classic console that were both released not too long ago. I have spent months playing NES games, SNES games, and Nintendo 64 games for old times' sake. I admit I have gotten addicted to playing the classic games a lot lately. I thought about making video game gameplay videos and perhaps streaming them one day, however I don't have the equipment yet. They are not easy to afford because they a very expensive and I sometimes just end up spending money on art supplies. Right now though, I think I can at least do journal entries of what it was like playing all my favorite video games and keep these entries around for memories. Memories of playing the classic Pokemon games like Red, Blue, Yellow, and Crystal are still fresh in my mind. I remember it like it was yesterday playing it yesterday for many hours on a kiwi green Game Boy Color and getting immersed into the compelling fictional world of Pokemon.

10/2/2017 - I said in a blog post back in  August 20, 2017 that the key for the Packers this Season is to keep Aaron Rodgers healthy and I was right. Aaron Rodgers got injured several weeks ago and is going to be out for a while. He won't be back anytime soon and I doubt he will be back this season. I remember I was at a Greek festival with relatives the week Aaron Rodgers got injured against Minnesota. It's going to be a long season. Anyways, it's Monday today and I got to go to Bristol Community College and get a lot of work done today. It can be stressful at times, but at the same time, it can be fun if you have the right mindset and make it fun that way. I have learned a lot about drawing the past several semesters, have also learned about other things like Motion Graphics and Typography. Besides taking art classes, I have also taken classes related to things like math or science. I had an Astronomy class that I have done really well in at Bristol Community College. The key to success is consistency, and I need to keep that in mind while focusing on my college work. The Green Bay Packers the past few seasons have struggled since winning their last Super Bowl on February 6, 2011 because they have had a hard time maintaining consistency. One of my favorite Pokemon cards I ever collected was the Squirtle card from the very first generation of Pokemon. I still remember it like it was yesterday talking to my Pokemon cards and having them talk to each other while visiting supermarkets and retail stores. I have lots of fun memories of my childhood. Another one is when I use to draw funny stuff on the newspapers throughout the 2000's. Memories are timeless and precious.

9/8/2017 - I have been collecting Pokemon cards recently and noticed more and more new types of Pokemon cards. I remember when the Pokemon card game was more simple back then. Now it's more complicated by comparison. I remember when I used to collect VHS tapes years ago, there would be a Pokemon card that came with the Pokemon VHS tapes I bought. I get nostalgic just thinking about it. When I younger, I would role-play in the backyard as fictional characters. I would sometimes role-play as fictional Pokemon and talk to them as imaginary friends. Life is like a cartoon. I did that throughout the early 2000's when I was younger. I also did that with my younger brother throughout the later part of the 2000's and early 2010's. I remember the holidays around the 2010's was a lot of fun. Me and the family would spend time having fun at the mall and going to stores like Toys R' Us. Anyways, I have enjoyed learning a lot about Greek history over the years. One historic event I recall learning about while researching is the marriage of Protis and Gyptis as well as the founding of Massalia.

8/20/2017 - The Green Bay Packers 2017 season will start in a few weeks. One of my favorite Packers memories was the miraculous Aaron Rodgers Hail Mary play that happened when the Packers played the Lions in the 2015 regular season. Aaron Rodgers threw a deep pass on the final play of regulation and successfully completed it to Richard Rodgers. The Packers won that game in an unbelievable way. It's one of my favorite Packers memories besides Brett Favre's incredible performance against Oakland in 2003 and the two Super Bowls the Green Bay Packers won in 1997 and 2011 respectively. When that Aaron Rodgers Hail Mary play happened back in 2015 I remember eating at Stoneforge with some of my relatives and I remember listening to Milwaukee radio with an iPhone and hearing the hosts talk about that play in an exciting fashion. This year, the 2017 season, it will be interesting to see how the Packers play. The key is to keep Aaron Rodgers healthy. Yeah, football is the most exciting sport to watch in my opinion. Also, on another note besides football, a rare occasion happened today as it relates to science, the United States experienced a total solar eclipse, it was so cool to see. I have always been fascinated with learning science related things like astronomy growing up.

7/25/2017 - Today is Tuesday, it's really hot outside. I had some water. I had some leftover pizza too from Classic Pizza. I sometimes eat leftover pizza for breakfast, it's a weird habit. I have been doing that for a few years. Anyways, This recent Spring my uncle John painted my room sky blue and we rearranged the drawers around in my bedroom. For years, my bedroom used to be painted a golden yellow color with a forest green stripe in the middle to represent my support for the Green Bay Packers. Recently though, I decided to try sky blue because blue is my most favorite color, and there's lots of different shades of blue I like such as cobalt blue, sky blue, indigo blue, and Mediterranean blue. The month of July is almost over, me and my family had fun going places sometimes like the backyard pool or beach, and now summer will be over several weeks from now. After July is over, one more month to go of summer which is August. Then, I return to Bristol Community College for another semester. I have only several more semesters left for Bristol Community College. I need to finish strong and move on with my life. I just started entering adulthood for the past few years, and I am learning to handle pressure better as well as stress. I like summer not only because of yummy ice cream on a hot summer day, but also there always seems like time for fun. Speaking of the Green Bay Packers, I have always wanted to visit Lambeau Field growing up but have yet to. One day, I believe I will.

7/7/2017 - It's the middle of summer right now and I want to talk about one of my past summers, I remember going the Norwegian cruise with some relatives back around the summer of 2012, it was around early August. We enjoyed the comfort of our fancy room, dine in fancy restaurants. Enjoy recreational activities, visit the spa, the theater. There was also a casino there that seemed sketchy, then again, all casinos in general are sketchy anyway. I brought a sketchbook with me to have fun with drawing. Anyways today I just want to relax and watch television. The Spring 2017 semester of Bristol Community College has been fun and learned a lot about things like drawing, graphic design, motion graphics, and typography. There's some things on right now on television related to things like nature and animals. I love animals, They always fascinate me.

6/20/2017 - Time to share my favorite summer memories today. Going to the beach, playing frisbee, and getting ice cream from the ice cream truck. Sometimes I would stay in my room to draw or read books like picture books or comic books growing up. Sometimes I would just play in the backyard pool with relatives and have fun. The weather is nice and warm around this time. I want it hot as long as it is not too hot. During the early 2010's I remember sometimes bringing comic books with me to read for fun whenever me and the family went to the beach. We went to beaches like Old Silver Beach, Onset Beach, and Horseneck Beach. The beach we have been to the most is Old Silver Beach. It is relaxing and fun. You can get some sun and there's a place where you can shower off the sand and a shack where you can get burgers or ice cream. I remember we used to visit a place called Henry's Root Beer Stand when I was a kid that is now closed. A lot of interesting restaurants I remember as a kid have closed down now like Henry's Root Beer Stand, Ann's Place, and Benjamin's. As the old saying goes, things change.

5/22/2017 - Today in this blog entry I want to share some supermarket memories. I would always enjoy visiting Market Basket as a kid growing up. Supermarkets were always my happy place besides the mall and fancy restaurants. I think it's honestly because of the food. Going to Market Basket, I would always look forward to getting my favorite cereal like Smores, ice cream, and candy. When I was little I would go on the little Merry-Go-Round machine at Market Basket where you had to insert a quarter to make it work. I sometimes would look for unique items at Market Basket that would interest me like Orangina, I used to get a lot of Orangina whenever I visited Market Basket. The past few years I have been visiting Trucchi's more lately because it is closer. Getting there saves me gas and money. On occasion though, I like to visit Market Basket and take a trip down memory lane. Something been on my mind recently. As my memory recalls, I remember using a Toy Story wallpaper with Woody and Buzz Lightyear on it as my desktop background for several months in the later part of the 2000's when I used a Windows XP a lot. The image I will use for this journal entry is exactly what the wallpaper looked like. Anyways, summer will be here soon so it's time for me to get ready for it.

4/11/2017 - Happy Easter! Easter is a Christian holiday that celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The holiday is connected to days like Good Friday and Ash Wednesday. I have been learning about different Christian cultures for the past several years and it is fascinating to me. For a holiday like Easter, different types of Christians have different types of approaches towards Easter whether they are Orthodox Christians, Catholic Christians, or Protestant Christians. I have learned a lot about Greek culture along with relatives for several years now, we visited Greek festivals for the past several years, it would usually be in the Spring and sometimes in the Fall. Greek culture is fascinating and family-oriented as are the holidays. We have not only visited Greek festivals, but also we have visited the Greek Orthodox churches in eastern Massachusetts. I would say the difference between American Easter and Greek Easter is that American Easter is about the commercialized Easter bunny character and the things associated with that character which are chocolate bunnies and candy like chocolate Easter eggs, whereas Greek Easter tends to be more religious compared to American Easter. Whenever it is Greek Easter, I have seen Greek family members doing traditional things like having lamb soup and playing a game where they each grab an egg and try to crack each other's eggs, and the last person who doesn't get their egg cracked wins the prize money. It's like a fun tournament. Holidays that are wholesome and family-oriented always give off a comfy and cozy feeling.

4/10/2017 - I have been playing Pokemon Brick Bronze a lot with my younger brother recently. It's great, Pokemon Brick Bronze is very impressive for a Roblox game. I can tell the creator and his staff put a lot of work into it. The worlds and the game design is creative. The story is interesting as well. I like how all the different Pokemon generations are represented in this game. This is honestly more fun than the mainline Pokemon games. Leave it to the fans to be more creative, innovative, and inspiring than Gamefreak, that is really saying something. Anyways when I not playing games like Pokemon, I am watching cartoons like like the Pokemon anime, SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or Garfield. I prefer classic cartoons shows compared to modern ones just like how I prefer classic video games compared to modern ones. I guess you can say I am old school. Perhaps I can be biased at times because I grew up with Generation Y where things like traditional animation, video games, video game cartridges, and VHS tapes used to be more of a thing back then. But honestly though, I strongly feel there was a lot more passion put into cartoons, shows, movies, and video games back then compared to nowadays. Anyways, we celebrated my younger brother's birthday the other day. He is now eleven years old and I have been showing him classic shows and movies to watch as well as classic video games to play. His favorite cartoon show is SpongeBob SquarePants. He also likes the Pokemon anime and playing the Pokemon games. He also likes playing Minecraft a lot. One of my favorite video game memories is playing Minecraft with him on the PlayStation 3. We would do things in Minecraft like picking out interesting character skins to try, building walls and fences in the world of Minecraft, and exploring the captivating world of Minecraft. I remember we spent hours and hours building houses and building a hotel that was made out of Quartz.

3/25/2017 - It's always fun spending time with my grandfather from my mother's side. He is a kind human being that likes to have a good time with our family. Whenever any of our family members argue, he doesn't like getting involved in that kind of stuff. He likes peace and quiet. He always does his best to provide excellent service to our family. The past several summers, we have enjoyed his great grilled meals outside. He is old fashioned and likes listening to music on cassettes. When it's summer, he helps us with garden work outside, he likes to mow the lawn and when he needs me to help him with the tractor I will do so. There's also times where my other grandparents will help with the backyard garden such as my grandmother from my mother's side. My grandmother from my father's side will also help with the garden at times. Anyways, I have been enjoying my spring break, it's the Spring 2017 semester going on at Bristol Community College right now and I have been enjoying some time off to relax and have fun. Today is March 25, 2017. Today is Saturday and I am spending weekend relaxing and gathering my thoughts. I have spent several weekends relaxing and meditating because it helps reduce stress. I feel like I need to constantly look for ways to reduce stress more than ever now because as an adult who's new to this young adulthood I have entered for a few years now, I am still learning and looking for new ways to reduce stress. Listening to ASMR music certainly helps.

3/2/2017 - I was recently talking about Valentines Day and my 23rd birthday in some recent blog posts. I have yet to talk about the recent Super Bowl I watched back in early February. Super Bowl LI was one of the most unbelievable things I have ever watched. The Patriots were down by 25 points at one point against the Falcons, then they came back and won the Super Bowl in overtime. Tom Brady was not only resilient, but made great connections with Edelman to keep a lot of the Patriots' drives going. I give the Patriots credit for not giving up, but at the same time, I think in all honesty the Falcons blew it. This is the same team that blew out my Packers a few weeks earlier. That honestly makes the Packers' playoff shortcomings all the more disappointing to me. The Packers have been nothing but a tease to me for several years now. Anyways this month is March and sometimes the weather is random and can't make up it's mind. One day it's clear and fair out, another day it can be cloudy or partly sunny, and then all of a sudden, it can be rainy. At times in March, it can even be snowy like the months December, January, and February. It's a good time to check out art supplies stores like Michaels arts and crafts store or Riverside Art. This spring season we are looking for what toy stores we could check out. Toys R' Us is closing down soon and I will miss it because I remember us going to Toys R' Us sometimes throughout the later part of the 2000's and early 2010's. We would a lot of times visit the Toys R' Us located at the Silver City Galleria Mall. We also visited KB Toys at the Silver City Galleria Mall and Radio Shack. I remember when seeing an Aquarium store at the mall. A lot of stores at the mall we go to have closed down for good and the manager has struggled to keep the mall open. People say the Galleria Mall could close for good in a few years. We have been trying out other malls like Providence Place or Emerald Square Mall. We visited those places on occasions throughout the Spring and Summer throughout the early 2010's and mid 2010's. We also visited Foxwoods a lot throughout the later part of the 2000's and early 2010's as well as the mid 2010's We would sometimes stay at the hotel suite in Foxwoods. We would usually eat at the Festival Buffet. Me and my brother had a lot of fun playing out the Treehouse arcade. One of my favorite memories is when we hanged out at the Treehouse arcade in Foxwoods and also when we visited Dave and Buster's. I remember we went to Providence Place back in March 2014 to watch Mr. Peabody and Sherman when it released. I watched it with my younger brother and one of my cousins who brought his son with him to watch the movie with us. My older brother and parents were busy working at Classic Pizza during that time. But we shared with them our movie experience. Classic Pizza is an interesting restaurant to work at, it's not as big as Domino's or Pizza Hut, but the food tends to be unique because many Classic Pizza's in America a small owned family businesses. As it relates to other fond memories, me and brother visited Six Flags for the summer of 2017. I remember sometimes going to places like BJ's while roleplaying as fictional characters. We did that during the Fall of 2013 when we visited BJ's during October 13, 2013. That day was one of the most fun days we ever had.

2/16/2017 - Today is my birthday and I am turning 23 years old. I am still in Bristol Community College but I am getting closer to finishing it. I feel like I will finally finish Bristol Community College by next year. Anyways, I am going to eat some ice cream cake to calm me down, I look forward to it! It will be February vacation soon and that means it will soon be one of my favorite traditions. Each February vacation, I like to have fun as much as possible such as playing my favorite video games and watching my favorite cartoons. I also like to visit my favorite places on February vacation. I have been doing this for a long time each February Vacation, going back to my years in elementary school. Recently for the past few weeks, I have been thinking a lot about the early 2010's I played a lot of Nintendo 64 games with my younger brother Arthur and a lot of Nintendo games in general. I remember for my 20th birthday we watched Homeward Bound while eating candy and pizza that my father and older brother brought home. My mother, who had been taking care of me for many years, has always been there with me for many of my birthdays. except for my birthday in 2014, she was busy getting addicted to the casino slot machines and missed my birthday. It made me upset that she missed my birthday that day and we had a hard time talking to each other for a a week. But I did eventually forgive her because that year I realized I am an adult now and I need to stop being petty with relatives like I was during my teenage years. I have my own addictions I have been dealing with too for years just like my mother and other relatives. I remember in the early 2010's I played a lot of emulator games on emulators like Project 64. It was amazing to experience playing so many games I missed out on as a kid. Anyways, the Nintendo Switch will release next month. It was at one point called the Nintendo NX. I am looking forward to buying it one day. but I don't have the money so I will probably buy it months after it releases. I have been considering doing YouTube videos to make money, but YouTube isn't an easy platform to trust nowadays. So, I will work at Classic Pizza for several months in order to buy the Nintendo Switch and Switch games associated with the console. I heard rumors swirling around in the internet of a new 3D Mario game being released later this year. I am excited at the thought of playing 3D Mario again. My hope is that they could make the gameplay similar to Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine where you are using a traditional controller while experiencing the game. While I did enjoy Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 around the time both those games released respectively because of their creative looking worlds and imaginative atmosphere in outer space, at the same time, I found those games off-putting in a way because of their Wii motion controls. I remember the Wii days. The Wii console sold like hot cakes and I have fond memories of playing Wii Sports with my family members. I feel like the Wii motion controls suited some games like Wii Sports but not so much others like Twilight Princess and the two Mario Galaxy games.

2/14/2017 - Whenever it is Valentines Day it is bittersweet for me. It's interesting that my birthday is a couple of days after Valentines Day. At the same time, I have yet to find the right girl to share it with. I truly believe I will find my soulmate one day. If that makes me a sucker, so be it. One thing's for sure, eating the gourmet chocolate I buy in stores on Valentines Day is something I have always looked forward to growing up. That and the heart candy stuff with those interesting messages are always nice now and then on Valentines Day. One of my favorite Valentines Day memories is I would sometimes watch the SpongeBob SquarePants Valentines' day episode. Not only was the SpongeBob SquarePants Valentines day epsiode funny, but it also taught a valuable lesson, a lesson about how you shouldn't take things so personally like Patrick Star did when he was concerned he wasn't going to get his gift. It's Tuesday today, the weekends will be here several days from now. The weekends is when I look most forward to having fun. It's also interesting to note that on this day back in 1876, Alexander Graham Bell and Elisha Gray applied separately for patents related to the telephone. History has always been fascinating to me. Speaking of Valentine's Day, as it pertains to female characters I have been attracted to over the years, feminine female characters like 1987 April O'Neil, Krystal from Star Fox, Lara Croft, and Psylocke come to mind. I remember ejaculating gallons of cum masturbating to them. Ahh, the memories.

1/10/2017 - Today I want to share my memories of visiting New York City in this blog post. I visited New York City a couple times, once in the Fall of 2013 and again in the Fall of 2016. Both times, it was a Bristol Community College field trip and I took many photographs during both my visits. I visited the Manhattan part of New York. I visited places like the Museum of Modern Art and the Central Park. I also spent time dining at the pasta restaurant. I enjoyed the food but the food was expensive. New York is huge. It is much bigger than Boston, that's for sure. The architecture is fascinating in New York as it is in Boston. Everyone there seems busy all the time, it's quite different from the small towns you see in Massachusetts in that regard. Anyways, I think a lot and I have got a lot on my mind like I always do. I remember my childhood friend Samatha Isabel from Kindergarten who I had my first crush on. She had French ancestry. She thought I was cute as well even though I was shy. We played with toys together while we were at Kindergarten. The teacher gave us stickers whenever we did our homework or behaved well. Now that I think about my childhood Frenchie sweetheart, I think French girls are hot. Speaking of French women. I have kept having a dream for several years about a feminine one with brunette hair, blue eyes, and red lipstick. She's like a Sweet Lorraine Lebeau. I am familiar with picking up a female, and when I dreamed of her, the visions I had was French kissing that French woman and carrying her on my shoulders. I gave her a great, long, and endless shoulder ride. She passionately enjoyed it as we shared a passion for each other. There were visions and scenes where I carried her on my shoulders while she was wearing a pink bikini and I was wearing nothing but blue shorts, and then there were scenes where I carried her on my shoulders where she was wearing a teal blue skirt and a teal blue reporter jacket with a pink bra and pink panties in them as well as red high heels, and we were doing a "Totem Pole Trench" together with her on top of me while we're both inside the trench coat. In all these visions and scenes, I could feel her soft, smooth, and delicate womanly legs wrapped around my neck, and I could feel her crotch on the back as my face turned completely red and we became really sweaty. Also in all these visions and scenes, she passionately gave me great headscissors with her legs lightening around me. We both enjoyed it. For years, I ejaculated gallons of cum to this Frenchie. I thought about perhaps making a show or comic with the title "In a Trench with a French" in reference to these visions I had. In reality, I have had several dates in the past as females found me attractive with a great personality and great sense of humor even though I was shy. Right now, I haven't dated in a while as I am currently dedicated to my work. I thought about the day if I were to run into Samatha Isabel again or a different Frenchie. Perhaps one day I will find my soulmate, only time will tell.

1/3/2017 - The Wii U flopped just like I knew it would. I called it too, I freaking called it! No one wants to play a gimmicky console that's incredibly lacking as it pertains to its video game library. Nintendo is planning to release a new console soon on March 17, 2017 and they will call it the Nintendo Switch. It was called the Nintendo NX before, but right now, it's called the Nintendo Switch. It sounds very promising and from what I've seen I say the console definitely looks interesting. The thing is, I am seriously hoping Nintendo not only makes great new Super Mario, Legend of Zelda, and Pokemon games, but also great new games of their forgotten franchises such as Donkey Kong Country, Star Fox, Metroid, and F-Zero because many fans truly care about those series. I have been watching YouTube videos on classic games like Super Mario 64. What I have noticed is a lot of people, it pertains to video game design, put certain levels on certain tier lists. Some of my favorite video game levels are the early Super Mario 64 levels. They are fun to replay and don't overly punish the player like the later Super Mario 64 levels do. Anyways, I have always been fascinating with anything science related growing. On this day in history, back in 2004, NASA had its Mars Exploration Rover Spirit land on Mars in order to study the chemical and physical composition of the planet's surface. Speaking of anything science related, there's a certain word I find very importanty which is chemistry. You need good chemistry with others in order to create successful intellectual properties.

2016

12/31/2016 - The year 2016 has been quite a memorable year. I am not going to get into the political stuff involving Donald Trump that much because I am not interested in that kind of stuff. My memory recalls still visiting Trump Tower a few months ago. I didn't see Donald Trump there, but the people working there were really friendly and I got to have ice cream there. Also, as it pertains to the weather, 2016 has been one of the hottest years to date. The weather a lot of times this year, it honestly felt like being in a desert and I live in Massachusetts, but still, it can be pretty hot here at times even though it's cold during the winter. Since it's winter right now it's going to be cool. It's been hot so many days this year. The year hasn't been perfect, but it's still one of my favorite years. I played a lot of games on emulators this year like I did in 2015. I got to experience a lot of cool classic games I never played before thanks to emulation. This year has been a neat year because we got interesting games like Stardew Valley that released this year and interesting movies like Zootopia that released this year. I remember watching football documentaries during the early 2010's and watching cartoons like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles throughout the years 2012, 2013, and 2014.

12/28/2016 - I am 22 years old right now and I am going to be 23 years old in a few months. Pokemon Brick Bronze has been one of the most fun Pokemon games I have ever played! For a game made by fans, it's incredible! They did a Christmas event for Pokemon Brick Bronze this year and it's been a lot of fun. I did the event and got my Alolan Vulpix. Alolan Vulpix has such a beautiful design as does its evolved form Alolan Ninetales. Alolan Vulpix and Alolan Ninetales are definitely the best Alolan Pokemon I have ever seen. They are the also among my most favorite Pokemon ever along with Pokemon like Squirtle, Mudkip, and Eevee. It's the holidays, it's going to be a new year soon, I want to spend the next several weeks enjoying episodes of the classic Pokemon anime and the classic Pokemon movies. One of my favorite Pokemon movies is the first Pokemon movie. I enjoy re-watching it from time to time and I have a VHS tape of it. It's the winter and even though it can be cold and snowy at times. I like to stay cozy at home, warm up near the fireplace, and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows. Enjoying a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows is one of my favorite things to do for the winter. For the holidays I watched classic movies like It's a Wonderful Life. I also enjoyed watching classic shows like The Three Stooges with my father and other family members.

12/25/2016 - What a fun Christmas this has been today! It's been one of the most fun Christmas days ever! The presents were nice, I got some clothes this year, a sweater, and shaving stuff. It was nice that my parents got to take the day off since they have been working a lot over the years, it's nice to see them get a day off sometimes. The holidays are so important because you get to spend time with your family and relatives. I had a lot of fun playing Pokemon Brick Bronze with my younger brother while celebrating Christmas. They did a fun Christmas event for Pokemon Brick Bronze this year which can be played on Roblox. I remember years ago I used to play Pokemon games with my older brother, then he grew out of Pokemon and moved onto other things, now I play Pokemon games with my younger brother. Some of the new Pokemon designs from the new Pokemon generations look really cool. They have gotten more experimental with the Pokemon designs over the years. Me and my family have had lots of fun over the years. I remember when my younger brother was a kid and I was a teenager, we would role-play and get immersed in our favorite fictional franchises and do creative things like pretend our family's house was a cruise ship. I also have been recently rewatching old Pokemon Christmas specials and they're a lot of fun to rewatch now and then. The scenes with Squirtle are so cool and cute. As it pertains to Pokemon specials, there's also a cute scene I saw where Squirtle is eating pizza while right next to Vulpix.

12/10/2016 - Emulating games mean a lot to me because I got to play a lot of classic games I missed out on as a kid. Thanks to emulation, I got to experience games I never played before. I heard about emulation for the first time back when I was in middle school. I remember playing tons of emulated Nintendo 64 games when I was in high school. A year ago in 2015, I downloaded tons of roms for multiple different consoles; Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Nintendo 64, Game Boy Advance, Sega Genesis, and so on. To this day, I really enjoy emulation. I resort to emulation, because, quite frankly, as it relates to classic games, it's been getting harder and harder to find physical copies of them. Last month, the NES Classic Edition released November 11, 2016 in North America. Even though it's smaller than the original NES that released back on October 18, 1985, it still looks cool in my opinion. I say that especially because I never got to experience the NES classic edition for it was before my time. I grew up with mainly the Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo, and Nintendo GameCube. I also grew up with the Sega Genesis, PlayStation, and PlayStation 2. As for handhelds, I grew up with the GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advanced, and Nintendo DS. I remember also briefly using the PSP around the time it released. If my memory recalls, one of the first video games I ever played was Sonic the Hedgehog 2 if not the first game I ever played and I played it on the Sega Genesis Model 2. The Sega Genesis Model 2 is also the first video game console I ever played. Several years after playing the Sega Genesis, I played the Nintendo 64 for it was my first Nintendo console and then the Super Nintendo. I must say, the Sega Genesis has really cool cover arts.

11/26/2016 - Today is Thanksgiving which occurs every fourth Thursday of November. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays as is Christmas. It is not only family-oriented like Christmas and gives off a cozy feeling, but also you can do stuff like watch the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade and watch also some football. I always spend Thanksgiving with my two brothers and my parents. My mother makes the best stuffing and it's always my favorite food to eat on Thanksgiving. I also enjoy the turkey we have along with the gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and corn. I remember the past several years I tried to get corn dogs during Thanksgiving from the supermarket, but my mother didn't want me to so I didn't. She always tells me about how I need to take care of my health. Today, my father let me try some red wine to go with my Thanksgiving meals. My older brother is working on his college work like I am, and my younger brother is young kid having fun playing games. Today for Thanksgiving, I not only watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade like I have for the past several years, but also I watched some football today. One of my favorite Thanksgiving memories is watching the Green Bay Packers vs. the Detroit Lions on November 22, 2007. The Green Bay Packers won that game 37-26. The Packers don't play on Thanksgiving this year, but whenever the Packers do play on Thanksgiving, it's a must watch for me. I love the team as well as its history. Not only did I watch a lot of football on Thanksgiving, but I also watched this year's 2016 Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. My favorite part was seeing Pikachu and as an artist I like seeing Pokemon related art like the Pikachu balloon. Whenever I see anything Pokemon related, it puts a smile on my face and takes me back to the time I was getting immersed into the world of Pokemon as an 8 year kid and traveling the world with my pal Squirtle.

10/31/2016 - Today is Halloween. It's always been one of my favorite holidays as a kid. Some of my favorite Halloween memories are from the 2011 Halloween year where I dressed up as Rex from Toy Story and my younger brother dressed up as Mario from the Super Mario franchise. It was lots of fun and we got lots of candy that year. I remember another kid in our neighborhood dressed up as Luigi and it was funny seeing him dressed as Luigi and my younger brother dressed as Mario. I always liked getting milk duds and whoppers for Halloween. I also liked getting kit kat bars, sour patch kids, and lollipops. Whenever it is Halloween, in the later part of the 1990's for Halloween and the early 2000's I would watch cartoons that would have Halloween specials on for certain cartoon franchises like SpongeBob SquarePants, Garfield, AAAHH!!! Real Monsters, and Peanuts. For the later part of the 2000's and early 2010's, I would watch sports usually or sometimes Halloween movies. I would sometimes just watch videos on YouTube. Today's Halloween has been fun. I dressed up as Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas. We got lots of candy today. I have spent today's Halloween watching the SpongeBob Halloween episode, the Garfield Halloween special and The Nightmare before Christmas. I need to tone down my addiction to candy in the future and clean my teeth.

11/18/2016 - As it pertains to politics, the best thing to do, in my opinion, is to be apolitical. Politics is designed to divide regular people against each other no matter what; it was designed that way by financial opportunists and they want it that way to be honest. I choose not to be tempted by them and ignore the noise. Anyways, Thanksgiving is right around the corner and let's enjoy it with all our families. There's lots of great topics I want to discuss with my family for Thanksgiving and it isn't going to be politics, I can tell you that. Anyways, it was my name day the other week and I celebrated it by playing video games. That's how I usually celebrate a lot of holidays. Sometimes when it's any holiday I usually like to eat and sleep. Sometimes I sit at home and do nothing but watch television. I have been doing that for several years now. I was very active when I was a kid and even when I was a teenager. Now, as an adult, I sometimes just find myself laying on the couch all day and preferring to be isolated from society. Sometimes, it feels like a lot of people don't know I exist and I sometimes just feel invisible to this world. I have been living a quiet life and I sometimes am afraid of showing myself to the outside world because I am concerned of what others could think of me. To be honest though, I shouldn't worry about what others think of me. I just need to be more fearless in the future, that's all there is to it. Anyways just this month, I took a field trip to New York City along with students attending Bristol Community College like me. We visited Manhattan and some of us students visited different places on our own before meeting up again for the bus to get back to Bristol Community College. I remember visiting New York back during the Fall of 2013 with students attending Bristol Community College and I did it again this year during the Fall of 2016. For New York restaurants, I tried PizzArte during the 2013 field trip, the pasta was yummy, the sparkling water was refreshing, but it was all expensive. For 2016, I tried Patsy's Italian Restaurant, the pasta was yummy, the sparkling water was refreshing, but it was expensive. During both the 2013 and 2016 field trips, I visited the New York central park and Museum of Modern Art. I, of course, am artsy and like art so that's why the museum interested me. Taking a walk in the park was also nice for me to get a good walk. Taking the bus on the way back to Bristol Community College was fun as well. I remember watching movies in the bus on the way back for both field trips. They had a comedy movie playing. It's not often I get to visit a big city like New York, but the few times I visited them were memorable and worth making journal entries about like this one.

10/10/2016 - I have been watching and enjoying the Green Bay Packers for a long time, and I wonder when they will win the Super Bowl again. For years, I kept saying "this year could be the year" but I have been saying that for a while now, and we have had two hall of fame quarterbacks in Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers for many years but only two combined Super Bowl victories with these two quarterbacks. They have the talent to do it but have yet to, and back when Bart Starr played for the Packers he won five champions in under a decade with two of them being Super Bowl victories, right now the Packers need a modern day Vince Lombardi that's going to bring out the best of these players. I still remember Super Bowl XXXI and Super Bowl XLV like they were yesterday, those were fun. The 1996 Packers were a team that dominated all phases of the football and the 2010 Packers were a team that refused to give in. What I enjoy most about the Green Bay Packers is their cool logo, neat uniforms, and fascinating history. I also realized today is Brett Favre's birthday. Happy birthday to Brett Favre. Even though the Packers and Favre had their ups and downs together, I as a huge Green Bay Packers fan will always appreciate Favre's contributions in helping make the Green Bay Packers a winning culture again. We as cheesehead nation have had two great eras. One with Brett Favre, and now another with Aaron Rodgers.

9/5/2016 - There are too many sequels and I am tired of seeing them constantly. There are also too many reboots as well as too many remakes. It's something that's been happening in the video game industry as well as the movie industry. Okay, we all feel nostalgic for certain intellectual properties that started in the 1980's, 1990's, and 2000's, but at some point there's an over saturation of nostalgia. We need fresh new ideas in these industries; as the old saying goes, the key to be successful is to be original. Not only that, but everywhere you look, everything is CGI now. I miss traditional animation like hand drawn animation and cel animation. Anyways I am re-watching classic cartoons again like Pokemon, SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Garfield. I have also seen cartoons that are not as popular like SWAT Kats and AAAHH!!! Real Monsters. This upcoming Halloween I am planning to re-watch the SpongeBob Halloween episode, the AAAHH!!! Real Monsters halloween episode, and the Garfield halloween special for old times' sake while eating candy. It's not october yet and I am already thinking about Halloween candy. I sometimes get this way during September.

8/22/2016 - Summer will be over soon, but it's time for me to recall my favorite summer memories. Camping at a program called Nature and Me when I was ten years old is one of them as well as participating in the activities held in Camp Ramsbottom when I was fourteen years old. I definitely enjoyed the awards I won at Camp Ramsbottom. I also enjoyed visiting the park during the summer, playing frisbee at the beach, swimming at the beach, swimming at the pool, whale watching, and having ice cream and popsicles during the summer. I always enjoyed those baseball glove popsicles and doing recreational activities outside. August has always been a fun month for me, because growing up, August has been a month where we reach the tail end of the summer and the weather is usually not necessarily as hot as the June and July months of summer. August for me is also a month where I recollect my thoughts together and then prepare for Fall. Years ago, Fall for me has usually been about getting ready to go back to school throughout the later part of the 1990's, 2000's, and early 2010's. The past few years, now it's about getting ready for college. Around summer is when I usually have been buying art supplies and supplies for work. I sometimes doing around the Spring or during the Winter on occasions, but I feel Summer is usually the best time to do it.

7/7/2016 - This week the weather has been really hot. I spent the summer playing video games and feeling like a kid again and again. My grandfather from my mother's side of the family made nice grilled food for all of us to enjoy. The other day, I got burgers for the 4th of July along with my father at Trucchi's years ago, I visited Market Basket a lot to get food. The past couple of years. I have been visiting Trucchi's a lot now. They usually have a lot of interesting items to choose from. I remember years ago I used to buy Orangina a lot from Market Basket. I don't see it around a lot anymore. I used to always buy it especially around the early 2010's particularly when the weather was nice out. This week I had some ice cold lemonade to go with the burger I ate. 4th of July is a nice holiday to sit back and watch the fireworks. One of my favorite 4th of July memories is when we visited Plymouth a few times during the summer around the early 2010's. I also have fond memories of the summer of 2006. We went whale watching that year and also visited the Raynham Athletic Club. We did that for several summers during that later part of the 2000's. We did that for the early parts of the early 2010's as well. Something came into my mind recently and has been for months now, I remember when I was a kid I used to live in an apartment with my family, I remember for Christmas, as my memory recalls, I got drawing board thing that had an AV plug, I plugged it to the CRT TV we had, and it displayed whatever I drew on this drawing board thing. There are some things, quite frankly, that your mind never forgets, like the AOL startup sound. It is what it is.

6/4/2016 - I am looking forward to me and my family visiting the beach more this summer. We used to go to Onsett Beach many years ago, and then Old Silver Beach. I also look forward to trying out more of those fancy reception parties like the ones at Venus de Milo restaurant. I remember ten years ago during the summer, people saw me spinning around while listening to music. When I was a kid decided to do something interesting while listening to music and I considered to be my own customized dancing even though a lot of people thought it was weird, oh well; it is what it is. Summer just started and the weather is starting to get hotter. I can already tell the weather is going really hot. It feels like it's going to be one of the hottest summers this year. I have been really cautious recently especially since getting sunburned when I took the Norwegian cruise during the early August of 2012. It was me with relatives, we visited Bermuda that summer and that's the time I got sunburned. I remember that summer like it was yesterday. Despite getting the sunburn, the suites were nice and we had a good time relaxing. The spas were nice as was the pool. I also brought a notebook with me that summer and made lots of fun drawings. Anyways, since it's getting so hot out, I have had some ice cream this week and it was good. I had vanilla bean ice cream and sometimes creamsicles or ice cream sandwiches. I think I am going to have to tone down my ice cream addiction in the future, I just know it. I have had my ice cream addictions before throughout the early 2010's as well as my addictions to pizza, cheeseburgers, and candy. Anyways, I will read some comics this week during the summer like I did during the the past few years like 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. 2016 this summer will be a year for me to have fun and imagine living in my favorite fictional worlds. Something popped on my mind recently besides the times I took my favorite vacations. I am a deep thinker and have a lot on my mind. What I also thought of is the Squirtle Wallpaper of my beloved turtle swimming in water. I used that wallpaper as a desktop background for a while when I used the Windows XP computer.

5/5/2016 - Whenever it's convenient for me, I like to usually have fun any way I can, especially if that involves playing video games. I recently downloaded a bunch of emulators and game roms several months ago. Emulators have always been important too me. That helped introduce me to so many fascinating intellectual properties I missed out on because I didn't have enough money to play them on the consoles their games were released for. I have emulators for video games from the classic generations, and sometimes, that's all you need. I have had dreams about school lately. It's been about my schools from the past which is weird because I am in college now. Honestly, my memories of school are bittersweet. I remember there were tough times like when I sprained my ankle during the 3rd grade at E. Pole elementary school and when I hard a hard time fitting in during the 5th grade, 7th grade, and my freshman year at high school. My freshman year at high school was especially tough because I wouldn't talk to anyone and I had, a few times, skip class and eat at a nearby cafe that served milkshakes. There have also been plenty of good times for me as it relates to school memories like when I won my most improved student award during the 6th grade. Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 4th grade, and 8th grade were also pretty fun for me overall. Those grades I had some friends or acquaintances. They liked seeing my drawings and we would share common interests in things like Pokemon, sports like football, and pop culture. When I am not dreaming about school, sometimes I would dream about weird things like living in a fictional world, like what you see in the cartoons. I dreamed I was a Pokemon trainer named Blue, that's I character I thought of a lot. Not to be confused with the Blue that resembles Gary Oak from the Pokemon anime who is also the rival of Ash Ketchum who is similar to Red, my Blue is a different Blue, for he is similar to me. When I played the classic Pokemon games, I named my protagonist Blue because blue is my favorite color. In my dream, Blue spends time exploring the exciting world of Pokemon with his favorite Pokemon like Squirtle, Vulpix, Eevee, Mudkip, and Pichu. Everyone always has that one franchise that they are obsessed with. For me, it was always Pokemon. It's a world that I have always immersed myself in. Anyways, I enjoying my time playing video games right now. Something popped into my mind recently for many days now, my memory recalls having a Windows XP wallpaper of the Kanto starters. I also used a wallpaper of Squirtle swimming in the ocean and a wallpaper of Woody and Buzz from Toy Story roasting smores. I also used the iconic "Bliss" wallpaper for Windows XP for a while. I fondly remember the 2000's like it was yesterday, you could mess around with friends and do things like hang out at your town's local mall a lot, or hang out at the cinemas, or at a place like Blockbuster. Throughout the 2000's I not only played games I loved, I not only watched shows and movies I loved, I also played a lot of PC flash games and did things like collect cToons, gToons, and cRings.

4/8/2016 - It's my younger brother's birthday and he is turning ten years old. I remember when I was ten years old, I was always in my own world having fun and I imagine that's what he's doing right now. We enjoy watching shows like SpongeBob SquarePants together as well as playing video games like Pokemon. There are certain intellectual properties that helped me connect with my younger brother as well as my older brother. I am the middle child of three sons, yeah being a middle child sure is fun, at the same time, I want to say that I know for a fact that my mother and father respect and appreciate me as they do for my brothers, and we appreciate them too. I remember when I was ten years old, we celebrated my birthday by eating at Ninety Nine and having a Pokemon themed birthday cake for me. I remember the cake was yummy especially after eating the cheeseburger meal I had during that time. I remember when I went to Bennett School during the 2nd grade, when it was February 16, 2002, that day we had Domino's pizza in class when it was my birthday. It was one of the best birthdays ever. For my younger brother's birthday, he usually likes getting a birthday cake with a certain theme that has to do with SpongeBob SquarePants. My and my younger brother Arthur Mici, who also goes by the name Thanasi Mici, have been watching SpongeBob episodes again and again. He has always loved the scene from "Just One Bite" where SpongeBob makes the hilarious and iconic grin at Squidward. We both always found that face so funny. It's the part where SpongeBob says "You like Krabby Patties don't you Squidward?" To this day, that part always gets me for it is hysterical!

3/23/2016 - Spring breaks are always fun. I have been doing a lot of Bristol Community College work this semester and its nice to take a break now and then. The weather in spring tends to be not too hot and not too cold. It's just right, just fair. Sometimes spring gets pretty wacky with the rain and weather like that; but still, spring is a neat season. Spring is a nice time to have fun in your backyard or at the park. The weather outside is nice out right now, at the same time though, the weather can be random at times and the weather seems like it can't make up its mind. I remember growing up at school, I was usually a quiet kid, I usually didn't talk to a lot of people, but I would usually talk to my imaginary friends and it would immediately make me feel better about feeling lonely. Today is Wednesday, and I like Wednesdays because Wednesday is usually the day where a lot of exciting things are going on for me because it's the day that is in the middle of the week. This Spring, when I am not doing college work, I will sometimes work at Classic Pizza. Spring is really nice for me because it tends to not be as cold as winter, and at the same time, not as hot as summer. Right now, I am going outside and feeling the fresh air and oxygen. I am taking a walk while collecting my thoughts together. This weekend I am excited about the thought of playing my favorite games, it's a great way for me to relax and have fun. Also I have been shopping for art supplies since more and more since I graduated from high school. I usually get my art supplies from Michael's Arts & Crafts store. Sometimes I will go and get them at Riverside Art on occasions. I also for months have been reading a book called How to be a Succsussful Cartoonist and it has helped me understand how the entertainment industry works.

2/29/2016 - Today is Monday, February 29, 2016. This year is a leap year which a occurs once every four years. February is such a unique month because of that. It's my month baby! I am getting some college work done, but also I want to play some Nintendo 64 games today for old time's sake. The Nintendo 64 first released in North America on September 26, 1996. I had my beloved Nintendo 64 since it first released during the later part of the 1990's. I remember going to the mall and retail stores with relatives years ago and seeing video game cartridges everywhere like at stores such as EB Games which at one point used to be known as Electronics Boutique. We would see cartridges like Nintendo 64 cartridges, Super Nintendo cartridges, Nintendo Entertainment System cartridges, and Sega Genesis cartridges. Not only did stores like EB Games and Gamestop used to have a lot of video game cartridges years ago, but also stores like Radio Shack and KB Toys. Even a store like Sears had them. Video game cartridges over the years have become rarer to find in stores and now remain relics of the past. It is what it is. Video game cartridges don't get produced anymore because they are not seen as cost effective. Throughout the later part of the 1990's and 2000's, I would spend so much time playing the playing the Nintendo 64, I would constantly play all my favorite games over and over again religiously. My favorite Nintendo 64 games have always been Super Mario 64, Star Fox 64, Ocarina of Time, Super Smash Bros. and Pokemon Stadium. I would play those games nonstop over and over again religiously. I am doing that again today. Had some pizza and ice cream for the week, and also some juice. Before I use the controllers I always wash my hands because I am a clean freak and also I want my games and controllers to be clean. I held onto my favorite cartridges after all these years. I will never give them up because memories are timeless!

2/16/2016 - Today is my birthday, I am turning 22 years old. This is my first journal entry, this is my first blog. Even though I am technically a young adult, I will always be a kid on the inside. I remember graduating from high school back in 2012 and spent some years now in community college. The first few years were tough because I was still figuring out things and was stuck in classes that I feel now in hindsight weren't what I wanted for my degree nor were they something I was excited about. That said, I still got a few drawing and painting classes I had fun doing; and now more and more I am finally getting the classes I like and that I am comfortable with. I am doing journal entries not only because they can be fun, but also I want to immortalize myself as well as those close to me with all these journal entries. I want to share my perspective on things in life as it relates to video games, entertainment, sports, society, and recreation. I have got a lot on my mind right now. I think a lot, I am a critical thinker, I have a creative mind and I like to think positive thoughts. Today is a Tuesday and on Tuesdays I usually do a lot of research, take notes, and do art projects. Right now, I have got a lot of art projects to get done. Whenever I wake up, I see things from a first-person point of view. I don't know how to explain it, but whenever I wake up after dreaming about my childhood and my favorite fictional franchises, I wake up and see life through my own eyes. While I don't know how to explain it, at the same time, life is good, I love life and I endlessly desire to live life to the fullest! It's strange yet fascinating, I honestly don't know how to describe it right now. Anyways, like I said before and I shall reiterate, I am creating journal entries in order to immortalize myself. How long is forever? Does history in the universe repeat itself endlessly or what comes next in this world or this universe? When I was a kid I believed the fun times would be forever and go on in an infinite loop. Right now though, I am hoping things will last forever but at the same time, time itself continues to keep moving nonstop. I realize I am an adult now. At the same time, I will always be a kid on the inside and I like to keep childhood photos of myself for memories. No matter how old I am or how long time continues to go, I want to never stop immersing myself into my favorite fictional franchises because it's the ultimate escapism and makes me feel better about getting older. Like I said, even though I am an adult now, I will always be a kid on the inside.
